Looking for Furnished Apartment or Room for a architecture student.

Currently I am in the US (Miami, Fl) but will be arriving to Dessau on the 21st of September. I am interested in an apartment close to Anhalt University as I will be attending their Master Program for Architecture starting in October. I am 29 years old, originally from Puerto Rico and consider myself very responsible, dependable, clean and respectful. It is very important that the apartment or room is furnished. I will maintain everything with the up most care and respect. Finding a place soon after the 21st of September is very important and the contract for the apartment could be for a period of 4+ months given the Program is for 2 years. If a good apartment or room is available at a good price, payments in advance could be arranged. I thank you for considering the above requests and hope to hear from you shortly.
