South African Masters student seeking flatshare

I am Alex, a Student from South Africa that will be starting my masters at the Bauhaus in October.

unfortunately my German is not very good at the moment (but I am trying to learn as fast as I can) and as such would like to share with at least one person that can speak some English.

The closer to the Bauhaus the better, but if it is close to public transport that I can easily get to class that is okay too.

I am a very relaxed person and keep mostly to myself as I am quite shy, but I can also be a quite social on occasion

I am a good cook and enjoy cooking so if you would like to have meals together in the evening I am always happy to make dinner. I also try to be as neat as I can and clean up after myself, but I am also quite laid back so if you are not super neat yourself it does not bother me too much if things get a little bit untidy (but not too much).

I do not require much so the room does not need to be too big (ideally between 15-20/25 sqm though)

Also coming from South Africa it would be better for me if there is furniture such as a bed, desk and chair I can rent or buy from previous tenant

ich bin, Alex, ein Student aus Südafrika und werde im Oktober meinen Master an der Bauhaus Hochschule beginnen.
Leider kann ich bisher noch kein Deutsch, daher wäre ich froh darüber, wenn eine Person in der WG Englisch sprechen kann.

Eine nahe Lage zum Bauhaus wäre ideal, aber nicht zwingend notwendig, wenn öffentliche Verkehrsmittel in der Nähe der Wohnung sind und ich damit einfach zu meinen Kursen fahren kann.

Zu meiner Person. Ich bin eher ruhig und chillig und anfangs etwas schüchtern, aber bin andererseits auch sehr gesellig- ist situationsabhängig. Außerdem kann ich gut kochen und uns daher gerne ein Abendbrot zaubern. Darüber hinaus bin ich recht ordentlich, wasche ab und räume natürlich hinter mir auf. Ich sehe es auch eher locker, falls du nicht so ordentlich bist und daher würde es mich nicht sehr stören, es sei denn es wird zu viel.

Mein Zimmer muss nicht außerordentlich groß sein, idealerweise 15-20/25 m². Da ich aus Südafrika komme, wäre ein möbliertes Zimmer (d.h. Bett, Schrank, Schreibtisch, Stuhl) ideal. Dieses kann ich auch gerne mieten oder vom Vormierter abkaufen.

Ich würde mich freuen dich/euch kennen zu lernen und somit auch die deutsche Kultur.
