Im living in a dormitory (wohnheim) for student in St. Petersburger Str 21, 2nd floor, which is 600m far from the Hbf (main train station), ZOB (center bus station),less than 1 minute walking to the tramstop (7,9,11,3,8), bus stop (360,366), opposite to 2 big cinemas, city shopping streets and 5 minutes walk to old quarter (with old buildings, heritage places and nice Elber river)
I'm gotta move at the end of July (coz I found another room on 1.8), so do need someone to rent the room for 1 month (the entire August) until my rental contract with the Studentenwerk is finished at the end of August.
My current rental fee is higher than the fee I offer to you, so I just emphasize that it's really a good price.
The room is fully-equipped: 1 desk, 1 single bed with mattress, 1 above-shelf above the bed, 1 stand shelf (for books,...), 1 big window, 1 small cabinet with drawers, carpet.
Shared kitchen with huge area, nice decoration, and balcony surrounded, you have enough things to use for cooking, dont need to bring anything.
Shared toilette with 1 other person, my toilette is clean, dont worry :D
Some requirements:
- Please dont lose the key. :D
- Cleanness and care are the high priority I hope you can keep for this room, coz it is still under my name, so if there'll be any problem with the room, I'm the one who'd be charged and take all responsibilities.
- Make sure that after moving out, please keep everything as it is as the beginning you take the room

P.S: I have 6 more flatmates who are really nice too, 4 German, 1 Vietnamese and 1 will come soon I dont know yet.
