Info: We are looking for a new tenant for our 3 bedroom apartment. Your space for living is divided in two rooms. In the past the tenant chose to use one Room as a work room due to her job as a programmer and the other space as a sleeping space/bedroom. They are both about equally big. You're free to use the two spaces however you would like. We can make a video of the space.
Both rooms have large windows to let enough light in. There is furniture you can take over (it's already here). From all four windows there is a view to the Dresden Altstadt, as the apartment is located in the 5th floor.
You have access to the inner courtyard, which is shared by all residents. An organic market located below the flat, REWE and Aldi is close as well. The kitchen has a new fitted kitchen, and the two bathrooms which are split amongst three people (2 showers, 1 bathtub). All renovated to a high standard over a year ago.
The apartment is located in the beautiful Altstadt, near Bahnhof Mitte and Schweriner Str tram station. This is one of the most popular residential areas in Dresden due to its proximity to the historical Altstatdt and to green spaces and a train ride away to the forest areas. Within 10 minutes you can reach the Neustadt. Two supermarkets are just around the corner. Local recreation areas are also not far away.
The best thing to do is to come by yourself and get an idea of the central location.
We are looking for friendly, sympathetic tenant with regular income. Whether you are a couple, or a full-time student, don't hesitate to get in touch
anyways as some things are negotiable and as discussed with roommates they are possible.
In the past we have often rented out through WG gesucht. One new thing we would like to introduce is an online viewing option for people who can not make it in person.

Did you and if so how many days a week did you co-cook in your previous WG?Feel free to send us a novel about yourself but we all feel the most important thing is to get to know each other in person during the viewing!
