3er WG in der Johannstadt (nahe Uniklinikum) sucht neue*n Mitbewohner*in!

Gelegen ist die Wohnung in der Johannstadt, 5 min mit dem Fahrrad bzw. 15 min zu Fuß von der Uniklinik entfernt (10 reichen auch wenn die Vorlesung gleich losgeht :p ). Die Lage ist also echt perfekt für Medizinstudenten.
An die Öffis ist man auch super angebunden. Damit oder mit dem Fahrrad kommt man schnell in die Neustadt und zum dortigen Bahnhof, in die Alt- und Innenstadt und zum Hauptbahnhof sowie zum Hauptcampus der TU Dresden. Diese Haltestellen sind zu Fuß schnell zu erreichen:

Zum Einkaufen gibt es fußläufig in jeweils 5-10min zu erreichen Netto (Schwarz&Rot), Rewe, Konsum und Aldi sowie einen Rossmann und einen Bäcker sowie den lokalen Dönermann "Qualitätskebap" ;-)
Mit dem Fahrrad ist man allgemein schnell überall, zum Beispiel an der Elbe. Die lässt sich auch in kurzer Zeit zu Fuß erreichen und lädt zum Laufen, Radfahren, Inline-Skaten, rumsitzen, lernen, grillen und und und... ein.

The apartment is located in Johannstadt, 5 minutes by bike or 15 minutes on foot from the university hospital (10 minutes is enough if the lecture is about to start :p ). So the location is really perfect for medical students.
You are also very well connected to public transport. With this or by bike you can quickly get to the Neustadt and the train station Dresden-Neustadt, to the old and inner city and to the main station as well as to the main campus of the TU Dresden. These stops can be reached quickly by foot:

For shopping there is a 5-10 minute walk to reach Netto, Rewe, Konsum and Aldi as well as Rossmann and a bakery.
You can generally get everywhere quickly by bike, for example to the river Elbe. It can also be reached by foot in a short time and invites you to run, cycle, inline skate, sit around, learn and to barbecue or whatever you want to do.

Du wirst mit Jonathan und Tesfa zusammenwohnen. Die zwei sind super entspannte Zeitgenossen und wenn es allen passt, gibt es auch mal gemeinsame Aktivitäten wie gemeinsam Kochen, Essen, Volley- oder Fußball spielen etc.
Da Tesfa in der Altenpflege Schichten arbeitet und Jonathan einen Bundesfreiwilligendienst im Kindergarten macht, ist es aber nicht so, dass jeden Tag gemeinsam gekocht und gegessen und über den Tag geredet wird, es wäre also von Vorteil, wenn du auch gern mal deine Ruhe hast ;-)
Vorhanden sind Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Toaster und Wasserkocher sowie jegliches Koch- und Essgeschirr, die Küche hat bis auf eine Spülmaschine alles, was man braucht.

You will live with Jonathan and Tesfa. These two are super relaxed fellows and if everyone has the time, there are also activities together such as cooking, eating, playing volleyball or football together etc.
Since Tesfa works shifts in the care of the elderly and Jonathan does a federal voluntary service in the kindergarten, it is not the case that we cook and eat together every day and talk about the day, so it would be an advantage if you also like to have your peace and quiet ; -)
There is a washing machine, fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle as well as all cooking and eating utensils, the kitchen has everything you need except for a dishwasher.

Vermieter ist die Vonovia.
Es gibt außerdem noch einen Fahrradkeller und einen ruhigen Innenhof mit Wäscheplätzen und Sitzgelegenheiten.
Ein Fahrstuhl ist auch vorhanden.
