The one room is available for sublet in a fully furnished apartment.
The apartment is on the 1st floor and consists of three rooms. In the living room with wooden parquet, which is connected to the kitchen, there is a great sofa and a dining table. Two quiet rooms with a view of the greenery, there are no connecting rooms.
Each room has a bed, a chair/chairs, a desk and a wardrobe. The larger room has a balcony. The kitchen is equipped with a new kitchen unit (sink, stove with glass ceramic hob, microwave and refrigerator).
The bathroom is equipped with two sinks, a bathtub and a washing machine.
The apartment is in a quiet side street.
Ideal transport links (cycle path, tram lines 6, 7 and 12 and bus 61 and 63). The city center can be reached in 15 minutes!
You can also get to the university very quickly. A wide range of shops, cafes, the post office, etc. are located on nearby Kesselsdorferstrasse and are only a 5-10 minute walk away.
