ÖPNV:
Unsere WG liegt direkt am Wasaplatz, der ein Knotenpunkt für die Tramlinien 9 und 13 sowie die Busse 61, 63, 75 und 85 ist. Auch in der Nacht bringt dich die 13 sicher aus Neustadt und Umgebung zurück nach Hause.
Zusätzlich ist die S-Bahn Haltestelle Strehlen nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.

Einkaufen/Imbiss:
In 5 Gehminuten erreichst du einen Konsum; Netto und Lidl sind aber auch nicht weit und Kaufland erreichst du in 10 Tramminuten. Alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zudem gut mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar.
Am und um den Wasaplatz gibt es mehrere Bäcker und Metzger, einen dm, mehrere Apotheken, Banken, Ärztehäuser, Kik, Pfennigpfeifer, Schreibwarenläden, Poststelle, Blumenläden, Buchladen, Tätowierer... also alles für den täglichen Bedarf.
Direkt um die Ecke kann man Döner, Indisch, Chinesisch, Thai, Italienisch, Vietnamesisch und Griechisch Essen.

Umgebung:
5 min in den Großen Garten zum Joggen, Freunde treffen, Abhängen, Spazieren oder als Durchfahrt Richtung Neustadt
10 min zur TU und HTW mit der Linie 61, mit dem Fahrrad noch schneller
15 min in die Neustadt und die Altstadt mit der Tram, auf dem Fahrrad genauso schnell
10 min zum Hauptbahnhof

Die Lage bietet alles was man braucht und bringt dich überall zeitnah und schnell hin.


Public transport:
The flat is located at Wasaplatz, the tram lines 9 and 13 run there as well as buses 61, 63, 75 and 85. Even at night, the 13 will take you safely back home from Neustadt and the surrounding area.
The Strehlen S-Bahn station is only a 5-minute walk away.

Shopping/snack bar:
There is a Konsum 5 minutes by foot; Netto and Lidl are also not far away and Kaufland can be reached in 10 minutes by tram. All shopping facilities are also easily accessible by bike.
In and around Wasaplatz there are several bakeries and butchers, a dm, several pharmacies, banks, medical centres, Kik, Pfennigpfeifer, stationery shops, post office, flower shops, bookshop, tattooist...
You can eat kebab, Indian, Chinese, Thai, Italian, Vietnamese and Greek food just around the corner.

In der WG leben derzeit Amelie, Franzi und Viktoria.
Amelie, 22, ist für ihren Psychologie-Master nach Dresden gezogen. Wenn sie mal nicht mit Uni oder arbeiten beschäftigt ist, ist sie eigentlich immer für ein Pläuschen oder irgendeine Aktivität zu haben.
Franzi, 21 studiert im Master Internationale Beziehungen. Frisch nach Dresden gezogen und gerade am Erkunden jeglicher Feier- und Barspots. Sie macht gerne Yoga und Pilates und trifft dich gerne in der Küche zum Gossip und Deeptalk.
Viktoria, 25, promoviert seit September in VWL. Abseits von Arbeit kocht sie gern (auch für andere), macht Sport und geht auch gern mal ein Gläschen mit trinken.

Unter der Woche sind wir alle meist viel unterwegs, man trifft sich aber immer in der Küche zum plaudern und gemeinsam essen. Vor allem am Wochenende unternehmen wir dafür gern was gemeinsam. Ob Kochen, Spieleabende, Feiern gehen oder einfach auf ein Tässchen Glühwein.


Currently there are Amelie, Franzi and Viktoria living in the flat.
Amelie, 22, moved to Dresden for her psychology master's degree. When she's not busy with university or work, she's always up for a chat or some kind of activity.
Franzi, 22, is studying International Relations in her masters aswell. She just moved to Dresden and is currently exploring all the party and bar spots. She enjoys yoga and pilates and likes to meet you in the kitchen for gossip and deeptalk.
Viktoria, 25, is doing her PhD in economics since september. After work she likes to cook (also for others), doing sport and going out for a drink.

During the week, we're all usually out and about a lot, but we always meet up in the kitchen to chat and eat together. We like to do things together, especially on the weekends. Whether it's cooking, game nights, parties or simply a cup of Glüwein.

In den Mietkosten ist alles enthalten. Dazu kommen ca. 180 € Kaution.
