Really big, fully furnished room in a 5 sharing apartment in available from 7th of March (moving in earlier is possible) till 30th of April as I am going on a long 2 month vacation. The pictures that are provided have additional objects that i will clear out before handing the room over, those include the monitor, keyboard, guitars, painting, etc.... Basically everything that is not the furniture will be cleared out until you want to have it in the room✌️. Both the tables, both beds and the couch and chairs, wardrobes and racks and scheves will stay put in the room✌️. There are 2 big windows and a door that will take you out to the balcony, so there will be absolutely no shortage of sunlight. There are 2 shared bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower. And a shared kitchen.
The apartment is on the 4th floor of Hildebrandstraße 7, 01219. It is really close to Wasaplatz and S-Bahnhof Strehlen. Netto and Lidl are 5 min walk from the place, you can take the bus number 61 from the bus stop CD freidrichstraße and reach the university within 10min or the bus 66 to reach hauptbahnhog within 10min aswell. Tram 9, bus 68 from Wasaplatz will take you to the citycenter within 15-20min. So basically wherever you wanna go, you can reach from any of rhe busstops/tramstops, super soon and without worrying for a change in connection
Flatmates are 3 guys who are really friendly and helpful. Often cook together in the evening or afternoon. 2 of them are masters students and one is has a job.
