A furnished room in a 3 rooms flat available right away. Your room is approx 17m² and offers access to the balcony, which is made available to the person renting. The balcony is relatively large with direct view to the tram station and located on the west side of the house, so you can enjoy the afternoon and evening sun. The flat/room has everything that is necessary (Elevator, 2 refrigerators, washing machine, dinning table, bed, closet, computer desk with chair, rack for storage, laundry box, laundry stand for drying clothes) so basically,.you just need to come down with your luggage.There is a communal bicycle cellar in the house.
The flat-sharing community is located on Hochschulstraße. The Mensa Matrix and the Reichenbachstraße bus stop are right on the doorstep. The main railway station is just 7 mins by foot.
Two working doctoral students currently live in the flat-share (Anil & Elham). Life in the flat-sharing community is quite open and the residents usually go about their own daily lives. Occasionally, they meet in the kitchen or in the dinning area. Cleaning is regulated by a cleaning schedule.
