This house share would suit either someone who's looking to rent for a short period( weekly or up to 3 months max) or a commuter who needs a place to stay only a week or 2 per month.
Ideally, someone who likes socialising and doesn't spend all day every day at home. Someone who can study or work from an office sometimes. Also someone who is not cooking all the time. No couples.
We are LGBTQIA allies and appreciate people who have progressive and liberal ideas.
We support a free 🍉.
Terraced house in central Dublin. 2 lovely cats live in the house. My 2 kids (9 and 11 years old) live also at this property every second week. Please be mindful of that. They are sociable but you can imagine the noise levels can get high at times.
Room with double bed and private bathroom
Price includes wifi, Netflix, domestic waste.
Gas and electricity are separate.
I travel a lot so the house will be at your full disposal often. Visitors are welcome subjects to discussing with me first.
Deposit required to cover any damages or/and outstanding bills and payble one month before the first rent.
The house has two bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, an open living/kitchen area, a garden with a shed. On street parking is free.
Conveniently located by the Financial and tech districts, 3Arena, Port, Luas and Dart stations, Airport bus stops. Supermarkets are 3 minutes walk.
