For rent is a shared room in a beautiful apartment in Dubendorf. The apartment has a terrace and a garden for shared use as well as a cellar and a large laundry room. The whole apartment is about 90 m^2 (without terrace/garden) and has a bathroom, a kitchen, a living room and two separate bedrooms. I will be doing an exchange semester from the end of December; therefore, the room will become available. The apartment can be occupied either from the end of December or by arrangement. The apartment is limited to the summer of 2023; however, the exact date can still be agreed upon, but no later than the end of August/beginning of the semester I will move back into the apartment. The earliest move out date will be end of June, however I am very flexible on that.
The apartment is already furnished. My room (approx. 15 m^2) can be taken over furnished (bed, table and cupboards (see pictures)) or it can be moved in empty.
You will share this apartment with my roommate Theo (m). He is 23 years old and works at the Zurich Zoo. We also have a cat.
The apartment is located in a quiet area and you can reach the city of Zurich in about 30 minutes.
