Dear potential future tenant,
Hello, I'm having a great day today and I hope you do too! I am French student in Münster and my stay in Germany comes to an end in August, unfortunately. I have to leave this great room and flat behind.
-The Flat:
The flat has a small and a big bathroom with one toilet in each bathroom. The big bathroom has both a bathtub and a shower and the small bathroom has a washing machine and a dryer. Additionally, there is a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, a dishwasher, an oven, cooktops and cupboards with dedicated spots for each tenant. You have also access to a garden, ideal for the beautiful days.
-The Room:
My room is 16.16 m² and comes fully furnished: it has a big wardrobe, cupboard, a large bed with mattress and a big desk fit for any working use. Also, in the room you have access to a heater with adjustable heat. From the big window of the room next to the desk, you have a nice view on the walkway of the house and while having full intimacy since people from outside cannot see you. Additionally, the window comes with rolling shutters which are effortless to use. Sound wise, I was not bothered by any outside noise, being in a quiet neighbourhood. The wi-fi in the room is one of the best from all the rooms in the house and perfectly suited for any internet intensive work or activity and there are also five plugs available in the room.
-The Location:
The flat is at a dream location being only 5 minutes away (on foot) from Dülmen train station, 10 minutes on foot from two grocery stores (Lidl and Penny) and 7 minutes, also on foot, from Dülmen city with many bars, coffee places, restaurants and cinema.
-Living in this shared flat:
People are very friendly and easy to talk to. They are very respectful of your privacy and household chores such as taking out the trash, cleaning the bathroom, recurrent purchases (toilet paper and detergent) are done cyclically among each WG flatmates.
