We are looking for a new flatmate for our 3er WG in Derendorf asap! Interested? A quick introduction first:
Your future flatmates would be Jose (32 years old, working in engineering) and Jasmine (20 years old, intern and student, who also just moved in).
The room is the biggest of the apartment with approximately 24m², fully furnished and with a nice double window looking at the back yard. Also its separated quite nicely into a kind of living room and a bedroom area. The following furniture will be at your disposal: a double bed with nightstand, 2x shelf, a bookcase, a couch, a big wardrobe with a mirror on top and a fairly large electrical desk (all included in the monthly rent).
The apartment consists of our three private rooms, an additional common room (that turns into anything, from laundry room to a guest bedroom), a bathroom (with bathtub), a kitchen and a hallway. We are fully equipped with a washing machine, a dishwasher, oven, fridge, two coffee machines and a small sofa in the kitchen.
Everything you need from Rewe, Penny, Aldi to your local gym FitX and public transport is reachable in at max 5min walking distance. Using public transport you will need around 15min. to get to Altstadt or the Airport.
The full rent (including utilities, electricity bills, internet and furniture fee) is 531,00€. The deposit is 500€ and 40€ for the kitchen appliances.
The apartment is located at a small side street of Derendorf. The neighbourhood is nice, quiet and just a 4 minute walk to the tram and bus stop (the Deredorf S-Bahnhof is 6-7 minutes away, on foot). You can reach Rewe, Netto, Rossmann and a local grocery store in about 3 minutes, walking. The HSD is also just a few minutes from here and there is a gym, FitX, just 5 minutes away (which is always open, 24/7). Nordstrasse with many nice shops and cafes is not far away.
So, this is definitely not a "Zweck WG", we like to keep things friendly and casual. Sometimes we hang out together and sometimes we prefer our alone time. It all depends on the mood and the time ;-)
During the day we are normally at work and our weekends are basically free. We are no strangers here but everyone gets their peace and quiet ;-)
As a side note: we do have a cleaning schedule and in general we use common sense to keep things clean and tidy as much as possible. It would be great if you also see cleaning and some basic tidying as part of the WG routine.
