I am searching for someone that’s a good fit for us to move in for one month 01/07/2021-30/07/2021.
The room is about 12 square meters big, the apartment was renovated 2 years ago, so it has a clean and modern touch to it and good heating for the winter. The room is facing the side street. But it’s quite quiet for being in the city centre. The room is very sunny and bright during daytime. Also, it is pre-furnished with a big bed, a mattress, a desk, an office chair, a closet and curtains.
The bathroom is very fresh and modern, the kitchen comes with cooking equipment, there is a dishwasher and a washing machine and wifi provided as well. Everything is covered by the rent, meaning there are no additional costs to the rent of 400 euro. There will be a rental deposit of 50 euro.
Lage
The best part of the apartment is its location, in the heart of “Little Tokyo”, a vibrant multicultural area with some of Europe's best Asian restaurants to enjoy. The metro station is right around the corner and the city centre just a block away. The central station is only a 10-minute walk away and many supermarkets are around (Lidl, Aldi, Edeka, small Asian shops).
WG-Leben
You will live with Patrick, Jose, Maischa and another flat mate (still to be determined). We are harmonious, international WG who sometimes go out together to get some food or drinks. We are looking for a clean, calm and social roomie!
