Discover your cozy new room
The apartment is located in beautiful Flingern, with lots of cafès, international restaurants and green places.
It is very well connected. There are several public transportation nearby (bus 834,721, 722 / Ubahn U71, U72, U73, Sbahn 709). In only 9 minutes you can easily reach the main station with Sbahn 709, and in 15 the airport.
You can also reach the old town (Altstadt) in 30 min by foot, or alternatively, with public transportations.
The WG has:
- fully furnished kitchen, with dish washer and all cooking appliances you might need (kettle, huge fridge with 2 doors, rice cooker, plates...)
- 2 bathrooms, and a washing machine.
- cellar that you can use as storage space.
- a lift that brings you directly in the apartement (accessible only with your key).
- a quite big balcony with table and chairs, perfect to enjoy some time outdoors
We often meet in the kitchen after work, just for a chat or eating together.
We found a balance of moments together (mostly weekend) and private space/time, as we are all busy during the day.
All room furnitures (bed structure, mattress clothes hanger, dresser, lounge chair, mirrors, bookshelf, carpet, curtains) and your quota for washing machine + balcony furnitures are available for just €800.
Rent is 550 + 50 utilities (wifi, electricity, gas, water, heath).
