Hi all! I'll introduce myself and I expect you tell me a bit of yourself, doesn't have to be long.

I'm David (31, Colombian) I'm looking for one person to live with in a soon-to-be-finished duplex (1 room for rent left!).
Jonas (28, German) and Lina (22, Colombian) will enter the apartment in April as well.
The owner of the building is renovating the last floor doing a duplex. The renovation will be finalized between last week of March and first week of April and consist in:
First floor: i) A living room, main kitchen (fully equipped) , one bathroom, one balcony and two bedrooms.
Second floor: i) A small kitchen, one bathroom, one balcony and two bedrooms. (Pictures just of the room being offered, in renovation).

*One available room* of 18 mts.

In the photos you will see the first floor fully finished. A huge living room yet to be filled with things (probably someone's office) and yet to be organized as we like. You will see the bathroom of the first floor and the main kitchen of the duplex. The second floor will have a small kitchen as well, in process to be constructed.

The living room is already equipped with a couch, a regal, dinning table, among others and my previous roommates expect to get €155 per new tenant as Abschlag (like compensation) for their share on those things.

We are located in Mozartstraße, very close to Shadowstraße and Pempelfort. It's a quiet street, with an Aldi and an Edeka in the area. There are many other shops and restaurants near by.

I work in usual office hours, and I do home-office a couple of days during the week. If not working, I'm in the gym, or playing video-games, procrastinating in my laptop, watching movies or out having some drinks.

Jonas and Lina are starting new jobs in April/May. We are chilled people that enjoy having a few drinks, quatschen, sports and enjoy the common spaces of the apartment.

We are open to not just have roomies but also build nice friendships if we click to that level. But of course we also respect privacy so if you want to stay in your room, or cook by yourself, it's also fine. We also enjoy having our personal time. Pets are not allowed since we have many plants and some of them are toxic. Since in the new WG we will all be new to each other, I expect you to be open-minded.

Basic things for all joining the WG: Tidiness and organization in all common areas. We are really focused on that, not to the extreme but we always think on each other and how we expect to find things organized and clean. Tidiness is very important to us, so we hope not to live with peole that waits two days to clean a pot/pan, expects others to take out the garbage despite being full, don't clean cooking spills, etc.

My german is ... ok. I'm currently taking lessons so if you speak german, David hopes soon to be able to communicate in that language.

We are splitting the price of the rooms accordingly to the squared meters. See the picture with the price table. Price might vary on the strom/gas contract we do with the Stadtwerke but I assumed a high price already.
