Hello fellows,
Sadly my amazing roommate is moving out, due of pregnancy, so we are looking looking for a cool easy going flat mate for our WG in Düsseldorf Wersten.
U ll be living with 2 other cool, relaxed very social and out going dudes,- Chris (34)- doing his PhD. And myself 34 - working for the goverment. At the moment my partner is here for a visit, whos a Kiwi.
Chris and I are full-time working, but in our freetime we love to socialise, hang out and do cool stuff together. Like board games, table tennis or going to the lake.
I also do all kind of different sports, - U r welcome to join! Chris plays volleyball, I'm positive you can join, if you r keen.
We don't have kids.
You would be a good match, if you would be around 28-45 years old. It would be great if u would like to socialise as well, OFC we also respect your privacy.
About the apartment:
it's 82qm has 3. rooms 2. bathrooms, a big kitchen and a balcony, which is in my room, but I don't mind you to use it sometime as well.
The apartment is furnished, your room is not. But if you need furniture eBay Kleinanzeigen will be your best friend, I can help you to get stuff sorted, also I have spare furniture you can use, if needed.
Your room is the second biggest room with 15
16qm ish and a large bright window, with a nice quiet lookout.
Wifi and GEZ are included in the price.
The Appartment is located on the 3rd floor, there is no alevator, so you should be fit to manage ;)
To the Appartment belongs a big shared garden, right infront of the house, where you could grill, chill or play badminton together.
The room will be available from Juli 2023 on.
We also have a cleaner now, so rent in total would be 533€. Everything included.

The place is not far from HH-University.
I would guess it's a 15min bike ride, but there is also a public bus, which is located 5.min walk ish.
You can find public transportations (also 5min walking distance), which drops you straight into downtown in about 15min.
