Schneider sucht Wohnung! Von Südamerika nach Berlin, dann Frankfurt und jetzt nach Düsseldorf!

Hey! Mein Name ist José und bin vor ca. 1 Woche nach Düsseldorf gezogen. Das ganze war ziemlich spontan und überraschend, ich habe mich aber trotzdem getraut! Glücklicherweise wohnt die beste Freundin meiner Mutter in Düsseldorf und wohne seit
meiner Ankunft bei ihr und kann jetzt entspannt nach einer neuen WG suchen.

Ich habe schon ziemlich gute Erfahrungen mit dem WG-Leben in Berlin gemacht und zuletzt auch in Frankfurt, daher dachte ich "wieso auch nicht in Düsseldorf?".

Ich bin 21 Jahre alt und habe gerade meine Damenschneider-Ausbildung in einem Atelier in Düsseldorf begonnen und habe danach vor Modedesign oder Kostümbild zu studieren. Wohne schon seit ca. 3 Jahren in Deutschland, bin aber in Lateinamerika
geboren und auch aufgewachsen, jedoch in einem deutschen Haushalt, was den "Integrationsprozess" für mich sehr leicht gemacht hat, außer was Winter und Wetter angeht, aber damit haben glaube ich alle ein kleines Problem! Ich bin ein sehr spontaner,
fröhlicher, kreativer, umgänglicher und humorvoller Mensch, dem man vertrauen kann. Respekt vor anderen, Toleranz und eine offene, klare Kommunikation sind für mich der Grundsatz für ein harmonisches zusammenwohnen mit anderen Menschen, Dinge die
ich mit meinen anderen Mitbewohnern gemeinsam hatte und somit das WG-Leben zu einer guten Erfahrung gemacht haben.

Ich würde gerne mit mind. 2 und maximal 3. Mitbewohner zusammenleben, in einer von diesen Kombinationen: M-F, M-M oder M-F-F, in den Altern zwischen 20 und 25. Was die Wohnung angeht: Fenster und hohe Decken sind ein absoluten plus, ich brauche
kein Wohnzimmer aber mindestens eine angenehme Wohnküche in der ich mich ab und zu mit meinen Mitbewohner und Freunden zum quatschen hinsetzen kann. Ich habe vor die nächsten drei Jahre in Düsseldorf zu wohnen und würde daher mein Zimmer
selbst möblieren, wenn ihr mir aber eine Matratze für die ersten Wochen leihen könntet würde ich mich sehr freuen, ist aber kein muss. Eine Waschmaschine wäre auch nicht schlecht. ;) Ein Supermarkt in unmittelbarer Nähe wäre cool, aber eine Bus-, Bahn- oder
Tramhaltestelle wäre noch cooler!

Noch ein paar Dinge über mich: Ich koche SEHR gerne, egal ob mit oder für meine Freunde, Mitbewohner oder für mich selbst. Erstaunlicherweise genieße ich das aufräumen danach genau so viel wie das Kochen. Außer kochen beschäftige ich mich auch mit
lesen, schreiben, malen, zeichnen und allerlei Handarbeiten. Wenn ich nichts zu tun habe gehe ich meistens außer Haus und besuche Museen oder Gallerien, Parks, Cafés, unbekannte Ecken der Stadt. Auch Design in allen möglichen Präsentationen und
Musik sind zwei Sachen für die ich mich sehr interessiere. Ich kann zwar kein Instrument spielen, besitze aber ein gutes Ohr für und gehe daher gerne (solange es mir mein Budget erlaubt) in Konzerte aller Musikrichtungen, macht euch keine Sorgen ich höre
meine Musik meistens mit Kopfhörern und wenn nicht auf moderater Lautstärke! ;) Sport? Na klar! Schwimmen, Volleyball, Jogging und auch Yoga. Ich fahre auch gerne Fahrrad in der Stadt, was ich hier auch vorhabe, trotz Warnungen meiner Mitarbeiter.

Hi! My name is José and I moved to Düsseldorf about a week ago. It was a very spontaneous decision but yet, here I am. Fortunately my mom's best friend lives here and she is currently hosting me, which I must say is quite comfy, but I don't want to become a
burden for her and that's why I'd be quite glad if I could find a new shared flat as soon as possible.

I've lived in WG's before in Frankfurt and Berlin and I was a pretty cool experience, so I thought I should do the same here!

I'm a 21 y.o. dressmaker's apprentice, currently working in a renowned atelier in Düsseldorf and I'm planing to study fashion or costume design after this. Born and brought up in Latin America in an european household, which is why I didn't have a hard time
getting used to Germany, where I've been living for almost three years now. I'm a spontaneous, cheerful, easy going, creative, humorous, respectful, reliable and clean person, with a big common sense, which has become quite handy in the last few years while
living with others. I'm always open to learn new things and I strongly believe living with other people is a constant give and take that should always be accompanied by a good and clear communication.

I'd like to live with two or three more people, either in a male-female, male-male or male-female-female combination aged between 20 and 25. I like big windows and tall ceilings, don't need a living room but at least a kitchen where I can sit down and have a meal
and of course sit down with my flatmates and friends to chat every once in a while. I'm planing to stay for a little longer (three years at least) in Düsseldorf, so I would probably furnish my room, but if you have a bed (mattress) and a rack (to hang my clothes) which
I could use the first weeks I'd be very grateful! It's no must though. A washing machine I could use wouldn't be that bad either. Having a supermarket close to home is cool but having a bus, train, tube, tram station close is even cooler.
A bit more about me: I enjoy cooking with and for my friends, flatmates and myself and surprisingly for most I also enjoy cleaning afterwards! Besides cooking I also enjoy reading, writing, painting, drawing an do all kinds of handcrafts. Whenever I have nothing to
do I usually go out and visit museums or galleries, parks, cafés, unknown corners of the city etc. Music is also something I enjoy a lot, I don't play any instruments though, I just have a good ear for music, which is why every once in a while (whenever my wallet
agrees) I attend to concerts of all kinds, don't worry I wont play loud music in my room. Sports? Of course, swimming, volleyball, jogging and yoga, and I usually move around the city on my bicycle, which I intend to do here as well, even though I've already been
warned about the car-drivers in Düsseldorf.

Hey! Mi nombre es José y me mudé hace más o menos una semana a Düsseldorf. Fue una decisión bastante espontánea y que me vino de sorpresa, sin embargo aquí estoy. La mejor amiga de mi madre vive en Düsseldorf (afortunadamente), por lo cual no me
tuve que dedicar a buscar apresuradamente por un departamento y a pesar de las comodidades quiero mudarme a un piso compartido lo más pronto posible.

Ya he vivido en apartamentos compartidos en ocasiones anteriores en Berlin y Frankfurt, razón por la cual he decidido buscarme uno en Düsseldorf también.
Tengo 21 años y soy aprendiz de sastre en un atelier en Düsseldorf ya que luego pienso estudiar diseño de modas o de vestuario. Nací y crecí en Latinoamérica, influenciado constantemente por la cultura y el estilo de vida alemán, razón por la cual no me
resultó difícil integrarme y lo que me ha facilitado los últimos tres años. Me describo como una persona espontánea, creativa, respetuosa y ordenada con un amplio sentido común y del humor en la que se puede confiar, cualidades que me han facilitado el
convivir con otros los últimos tres años. Siempre estoy abierto a nuevas cosas y creo fervientemente que dar y recibir así como una buena comunicación son claves para la buena convivencia con otros, cualidades que compartí con mis ex-compañeros de piso y
por las cuales deseo vivir de nuevo en una WG.

Me gustaría vivir con al menos dos y máximo tres personas más, en alguna de las siguientes combinaciones: hombre-mujer, hombre-hombre, hombre-mujer-mujer en las edades entre 20 y 25 años. Me gustan los cuartos con techos altos y ventanas grandes, no
necesariamente necesito una sala de estar, me conformo con tener una cocina en la cual me pueda sentar de vez en cuando a conversar con mis compañeros de piso y/o amigos. Tengo pensado vivir en Düsseldorf por lo menos los próximos tres años, por lo
cual pienso amueblar mi cuarto poco a poco, sin embargo, estaría muy agradecido si puedo utilizar un colchón los primeros días al menos, pero no es indispensable. Lo que si me gustaría es una máquina para lavar ropa. Vivir cerca de un súpermercado es
algo genial, pero una estación de tren, bus o tranvía es lo máximo.

Un poco más acerca de mi: Disfruto cocinar con y para mis amigos y compañeros de piso, así como también para mi mismo. Sorprendentemente también disfruto limpiar al cocina luego de usarla. Aparte de cocinar también me gusta leer, escribir, pintar, dibujar y hacer todo tipo de trabajos manuales. Cuando no tengo nada que hacer suelo salir a la calle y visitar museos o
galerías de arte, cafés, parques y áreas desconocidas de la ciudad. Me gusta mucho el diseño en todas sus presentaciones así como también me interesa mucho la música, lamentablemente no puedo tocar ningún instrumento, pero poseo un buen oído
musical, razón por la cual suelo ir a conciertos (siempre y cuando mi bolsillo me lo permita) de todo tipo, no se alarmen, suelo escuchar mi música con auriculares o en un tono de volumen moderado! ;) Deportes? Claro! Natación, voleibol, trotar/caminar y yoga.
Además de eso me gusta moverme por la ciudad en bicicleta, cosa que piensa hacer acá también, a pesar de ya haber sido alertado acerca de los conductores en esta ciudad.
