HI :D Looking for a flatshare from 03/11/2016

Hi :)

My name is Léa, I'am 24 years old and I'am French. I don't speak German at all but I'am starting learning ;) Consequesntly I'am looking for people speaking English, Spanish or French.

I am moving to Düsseldorf begining of November (2th), I am really excited, I have been recently hired for a one year contract possibly extensible on long term, so I'am projecting to stay hopefuly for a long period in Düsseldorf.

Regarding my expectation for household, I want to share a flat/house with maximum 4 persons who are also Young worker (22-30 years old). I am planing to spend around 450€ for a room if charges are included it would be wonderful but I am open to discussion for this topic.

I would like to have an individual room with all furnitures included with a minimum size of 14m2.

Regarding flat Equipment, I'am expecting to have all necessary in the kitchen, bathroom, living room..

The flat have to be close from transportation (5 to 10 mn walking distance)

Regarding the life in the flat, I think it is important to have a good feeling with everyone, to be well organized when it comes to cleaning tasks ^^
I'am looking for open minded people who likes to talk, have a drink, eat or even party with its flatmates. I think it is also important to respect privacy of everyone.

I have already lived in flatshares with other people from different nationalities (4 months in Spain, 6 months in London, 6 months in Singapore) so from this experience I think I can say I am a quite easy to live person and I am also expecting this from my future flatmates :D
