A relaxed, friendly student, looking for a bright, ideally center WG

Hello hello =) I’m looking for a wg room that would be max 380€ everything included, located ideally not so far from the center but 20min from the center can work as well. A washing machine is a must, and dishwasher/bad/ dryer machine or balkon would be ideal. I’m just gonna introduce myself first so you can have a quick overview. My name is Minh Anh, 21years old and I’m originally from Vietnam but I grew up in France and I’m currently studying in Germany (it’s been 2 years). Hence I can speak English and French fluently but still struggling with German 🥵. I study international business administration at Kamp-Lintfort but since the next semester is online and all, I thought it would be a great opportunity for me to move out to such a great city like Düsseldorf for job opportunities and also general hangouts/ meeting new people. I have been living in a WG for 2 years now and prior to that I lived in an internat during high school time so I’d say I know how to live with others, regarding cleaning or just getting along. Generally I’d consider myself as someone chill and relaxed, a mixed between extrovert and introvert. Im not difficult in cleaning but a certain minimum maintenance and regular cleaning would be great. I enjoy my alone time but also partying or chilling with friends, get to know new people so WG has always been a great option for me. I’m not really the one to throw a party but I do enjoy inviting over one or two people every now and then.
