Looking for quiet and friendly flatmates

I am 31 years old young working person. Looking for a quiet and friendly atmosphere flat. I would like to settle in Germany and learning german and get along with the community.
My career plan is equine or animal related industry. I am currently worked as stable groom, duties include boxes cleaning, take horses to field/ paddock, tack up/down etc.
I am quite introverted. I don’t drink alcohol and don’t smoke. Hope my future flatmates can understand and respect me. However, I welcome having chatting when I am ready:)
At the moment I am self learning French and German. I am quite interested in languages learning so hope someone will practice with me on oral conversation occasionally.
I am completely new to Germany. I have no friends and family here. Hopefully someone can help me to get along the society and the community especially some official documents related to work and life here.
