WG-Zimmer in 3-er WG-Wohnung Duisburg

Hello guys! Due to my new job, i have to move out from my current house. With heavy hearts, I have to leave my appartment. Right now my 2 flatmates are living in the apartment and we are looking for a third person in our WG. Our English is still better than German so we would appreciate if you contact us in English :)
Our apartment is located near to tram station (Marienhospital), in our apartment we have 3 rooms and a shared Living room, kitchen and bathroom.

Location
The apartment is located in Duisburg-Hochfeld, which is just in 5 tram stops (10 min) from the main train station (Hauptbahnhof) and the Main Street.
It will take you (really) only 3 min to get to the tram stop. I know everybody say that „public transport is within walking distance“ but I mean it. It was one of the important factors for us when I was looking for this place. I didn’t want to walk too much in the morning on my way to uni.
A bit further (5-7 min) are the supermarkets. (I personally only was in Netto and Aldi, but google maps say others are also not too far away).
I was a student in Duisburg university and by cycle it is only 15 minutes away and by public transport i traveled around 30 minutes to reach university. Also, my other flatmates study in another city (Kamp-Lintfort) and they often travel around NRW the location to the city center is very important for them and they are fully satisfied.
Apart from the connections, the area around is also pretty nice. There is a huge park (Rheinpark) in 3 min waking distance. Basically it starts in front of the tram stop, that’s why it’s the same 3 minutes. When the weather is good, it is really nice to walk there. Perhaps, you are a runner, perfect place for that then :)

Flatshare
Currently there are two girls (jessi and Alina) in the apartment.

Alina, 24, finished studies at Hochschule Rhein-Waal and starting job in Düsseldorf . She speaks English, Russian and German.

Jessi, is a graduating bachelor student at Hochschule Rhein-Waal. She speaks German and English.

Both your roommates are very friendly, responsible and helpful people with a good sense of humor.

Though we do not mind having guest around (even for staying at night) and bring our friends here from time to time, it is very important for us to respect each other’s privacy and be attentive to noise! Very often we study/work online and it is important we do not disturb each other with music or loud noises.

Same with cleanliness. We are not obsessed with cleaning and we only wash and dust once a week, however it is important you wash the dishes after yourself, remove the food and other personal stuff from kitchen and bathroom after you use it. But nothing extreme. Basically what you see in the pictures is the acceptable level of cleanliness for us :)

Misc

The rent is around 250 per month including everything.

As for utilities, we have everything a normal apartment have: well operating gas heating, electricity, water and stable wifi (very important for us since we work online). All the prices are included in the rent.

In the kitchen we have a stove, an oven, a coffee machine and a kettle.
Yes, we don’t have a microwave but so far none of us minded to heat the food in the pan :)
In the bathroom we have a washing machine. Feel free to use with your own powder or liquid detergent.
