- From there you can reach the university or Zoo in 10-15 minutes.

They are students are fluent in English and speaks also German.
All tenants are nice, helpful, open minded, organized and clean.
The tenants have established well set of rules for kitchen and bathroom to keep them constantly clean.
The communal areas (kitchen, bathroom and corridor) are cleaned once or twice a month by all tenants as a group.
All tenants make sure that rooms and communal areas are well aired to avoid mold formation.
Smoking in the WG not allowed.
