Dear friends,
we are just looking for a new flatmate in our about 90 m² big flat.
Us, that’s Linus (28 years male - economist ) and Emanuele ( 28 years male –prospective Ph.D in chemistry) – our first language in the flat is English so you shouldn’t be scared to use and maybe improve your English language skills.
Your room to be is actually very cosy and comfortable – as our current third room mate is going abroad it is possible to rent it completely furnitured or to buy just some parts of it.
Our flat is an old building directly situated at the Karolingerplatz in Düsseldorf – surrounded by plenty of shops , close to the Bilk S Bahnhof and it takes just about 8 minutes by bicycle to the Heinrich Heine Uni ( alternatively you can use the Straßenbahn of course)
We really love to hang out together in our kitchen with a nice bottle of wine or beer – so our shared flat isn’t just purpose-built. If you´re sociable and looking forward for some nice easy going flat mates, than we´re looking forward to meeting you.
So if you (male or female between 22 and 30 years) are up to join us just answer Chris (the guy who is moving out) with a short profile of yourself and we will arrange a date for an appointment.

Hallo zusammen,
Noch einmal kurz auf Deutsch – da Emanuele nur Englisch und Italienisch spricht ist es wichtig, dass du keine Angst hast mit uns auf Englisch zu kommunizieren.
Die Wohnung kann möbliert (gegen ein geringes Entgelt) bereits ab dem 23.08.2013 übernommen werden.
