Furnished 17m2 Room with Balcon and Garden
Hello, I am renting my room as I need to leave after 1,5 years living here.
My contract is until August but you can prolong it with the landlords if you enjoy the WG The good part is that you will enjoy summer. We have a big garden on the back where to chill when good weather comes and organise barbecues.
The room is quite big and the windows of the balcony facing the other garden give a lot of light. Another cool thing is the line of wardrobes in one side of the room with space for a lot of stuff.
There are 2’5 bathrooms in the house for a total of 6 people. We have a basement for bikes and storage and space in general as the house is quite big.
The pictures are obviously looking like a magazine because they were taken when the house was renovated. Now the kitchen has food packages and the bathroom soap ;)
With a bike you reach the city center very fast and buses 289 and 290 every 10 stop nearby. The area is very quiet and residential (the street is only for neighbours) and you have the woods literally one block away, ideal to go for a run.
The regular price is 480 but checking other offers I think 415 is a great price for you to discover if you love burgberg and the WG.
