14qm Zimmer in 5er WG Innenstadt - Stadthaus

Hallo!

In unserer WG wird ein Zimmer frei! Dieses ist zur Zwischenmiete abzugeben, da sich die WG am 31. Juli auflöst.
Es gibt insgesamt 3 Stockwerke, Küche (Spülmaschine vorhanden), Esszimmer und insgesamt 3 Badezimmer. Einen Keller (Waschmaschine vorhanden) haben wir ebenfalls.
Das helle Zimmer ist ca. 14,5qm groß, hat ein großes Fenster und liegt im ersten Stock unseres Hauses. Das Zimmer soll am liebsten teilmöbliert abgegeben werden: Ein IKEA Stockbett mit Lattenrost und Matratze, 2 hohe IKEA Kleiderschränke sollen bleiben, ein IKEA-Schreibtischstuhl gerne auch (Gesamtpaket 100€). Du würdest dir ein Bad mit einer anderen Person teilen.
Das Zimmer kostet 297€ warm.

Room:
One room will be available in our shared flat. We have a house with 3 floors in total, a kitchen (dishwasher included), a dining room and three bathrooms. A basement with a washing machine also exists.
The bright room is approx. 14,5 m², has a big window and is on the first floor of our house. We would like to rent the room partially furnished: An IKEA loft bed and two tall IKEA wardrobes should stay inside the room, an IKEA desk chair can be bought optionally (whole package: 100€). You are going to share a bathroom with another person in the first floor.
The room costs 297€, everything included (heating / wifi).

Drin bleiben sollen: IKEA-Hochbett, 2 IKEA-Schränke. optional 1 IKEA Schreibtischstuhl. Preis für alles sind 100€.

Lage
Innenstadt. 3 Minuten Fußweg zum Kaufand. 6 Minuten Fußweg zum Bahnhof. E-Werk direkt gegenüber, ist aber aufgrund guter Fenster lärmtechnisch kein Problem. Parkplatz direkt am Haus, dh. für 20€
kann man dort ein halbes Jahr parken. Bushaltestelle Martin-Luther-Platz ist auch quasi vor der Tür. Pizza, Pommes, Kino und Döner ebenfalls.

Location:
City Centre. 3 minutes’ walk to grocery (Kaufland), 6 minutes’ walk to the train station. The „E-Werk“, an event venue, is directly in front of our house. Though, our windows are very well isolating potential noise. Parking lot directly close to our house, e.g. for 20€ you can park there for 6 months. The bus stop “Martin-Luther-Platz” is 1 minute away from our house. Pizza, French-fries, Cinema, Kebab - everything is very close.


Es ist ein schönes Zimmer, und wir würden uns freuen, wenn für das letzte Kapitel der WG noch jemand nettes für diese Zwischenzeit einzieht :)
