Spacious, bright and comfortable room, composed of a bed, a big wardrobe, big bookshelf, a desk and chair.
The room is situated in an apartment at the second floor with 4 single bedrooms, two bathrooms from which one with a shower, a totally equipped kitchen, with a balcony.
The bills for water, gas, electricity, heating are included. Washing machine, air conditioning, TV, oven, microwave.
Area well served by public transport, supermarket 50 meters.
Ideal choice for students wishing to live nearby the city center in one calm neighborhood.
Extras: Registration of the rental contract (for stays more than 1 month): it is a fee due to register the rental contract and make it legal in Italy so that you are totally covered for any kind of reason. This cost is divided between us and the tenants. For stays up to six months, it is approximatively €50 each.
Cleaning of the apartment: the tenants are required to keep the apartment clean and in good condition, the staff will regularly check that this condition is respected; a cleaning lady will come once a week to clean all the common areas (kitchen, bathrooms, corridor, balcony). In case that the cleaning lady finds the apartment in a state of excessive dirt and disorder, the extra time will be charged to the tenants: the cost is €15/hour to divide between each tenant of the apartment.
At the booking: one month that is the deposit (550€). This will be given back at the departure (calculated possible damages to detract)
At the arrival: one month rent 590€/month that include utilities, Fibra Wi-Fi (Fast), condo fees... + admin fee 200€ once for the lenght of the contract (for our services: a week cleaning, availability in case of emergencies, help for your first steps in Florence, consultancies in case of need, ordinary maintenance...)
Then, every month, you will have the rent pay. (590€)

We require that the apartment is kept in an orderly and clean way, both the common areas and the rooms, to guarantee everyone a pleasant stay.
To ensure a certain standard of cleanliness, a cleaning lady will come once a week to check and clean the common areas.
We ask you to to throw the garbage away every day and to respect the neighborhood, avoiding making noises after 10 pm.
