Möbliertes Zimmer in 240qm Penthouse für 3 Monate ab 01.07.

Bevor du weiter liest: Wir wohnen hier nur noch bis 01.10.2021. Wir haben acht Katzen, die wir nacheinander verkaufen. Sie machen uns einiges an Arbeit und wir suchen jemand der uns mit den Katzen hilft vor allem wenn wir nicht zu Hause sind. Darum ist das Zimmer günstiger. Wenn du Interesse hast uns auch im Haushalt zu helfen können wir die Miete auch komplett so gegen Verrechnen.
Ich vermiete ab sofort ein voll möbliertes, helles und sehr ruhiges Zimmer mit eigenem modernem Tageslichtbad in unserem 240qm Penthouse im „Kaisersack“ (Kaiserstrasse 73), einer Sackgasse mit kaum Verkehrslärm, direkt am Hauptbahnhof. Wir wohnen hier zu zweit. Das Bett ist von Ligne Rose und mit hochwertigen Gesundheitsmatratzen ausgestattet. Des weiteren sind hochwertige Decken von „Grüne Erde“ und auch Handtücher vorhanden. Eigentlich alles. Das Zimmer ist zwar nur 12qm groß, aber der Kleiderkasten steht am Flur und somit ist im Zimmer ausreichend Platz. Wir besitzen einen großen Südbalkon, wegen dem wir jetzt schon schön braun sind, eine perfekt ausgestattete Küche, mobiler 75 Zoll Fernseher, Sonos Anlage, Gästezimmer, und noch vieles mehr. Das besondere an der Wohnung ist, dass wir einen Profi Kammerausrüstung (Sony Alpha 7) und eine eingebaute Greenbox besitzen. Damit muss ich als Buchautor eigene kurze Videos für Social Media machen. All das Equipment kannst du ebenfalls nutzen.
Ich bin nicht pingelig aber erwarte ein gewisses Maß an Ordnung. Ich bin kein Kind der Traurigkeit und feiere auch ab und zu Partys.
Bevorzugt werden Menschen die Tierlieb sind, die wie wir der LGBTI Szene angehören oder über begrenzte finanzielle Mittel verfügen.

I am renting a fully furnished (Bed, sitting area, desk), bright and very quiet room with its own modern daylight bathroom in our 240sqm penthouse in the "Kaisersack" (Kaiserstrasse 73), a dead end street with hardly any traffic noise, directly at the main train station. The bed is from Ligne Rose and equipped with high quality health mattresses. Furthermore, there are high-quality blankets from "Grüne Erde" and towels. Actually everything. The room is only 12 square meters, but the wardrobe is in the hallway and there is enough space in the room. We have a large south-facing balcony, because of which we are already beautifully tanned, a perfectly equipped kitchen, mobile 75 inch TV, Sonos system, guest rooms, and much more. The special thing about the apartment is that we have professional chamber equipment (Sony Alpha 7) and a built-in green box. As a book author, I have to make my own short videos for social media. You can also use all the equipment.
I'm not fussy but expect some level of order. I'm not a child of sadness and I also have parties every now and then.
Preference is given to people who, like me, belong to the LGBTI scene, who have something to do with film, or who have limited financial resources.
