The available room is roughly 20 square metres, located upstairs (we got 2 floors). Downstairs we have a large living room. There's also a winter garden / closed balcony next to the kitchen, perfect for sunny breakfasts, and we have a guest toilet and 2 other bedrooms. The remaining bedroom is on the 2nd floor of the flat which is shared with the main bathroom and a small storage room. In summer, we usually sit outside in our little court, where we have a good old Biergarnitur. Actually, it's rather new, but you get the message.
Alright, now lets get down to business, and push the sales speech aside:
Firstly and of the most importance, the flat comes equipped with a tall tree planted outside, that same tree is the primary residence of Vasco, the squirrel. His fancy orange fur is quite the traffic stopper, and wait until you meet him in the morning going down the tree wearing his tiny work hat.

!! Please note that we are looking for applicants with a stable monthly income( preferably working full time 30-40h), as our landlord requires that for the new main tenant! (standart German procedure requires a copy of your last 3 paychecks, your SCHUFA (jetzt beantragen) credit score,copy of your ID) Furthermore, beeing a main Tenant will come with certain Responsibilities regarding the 2 sub-tenant contracts of the smaller Rooms, it sounds like more of a hassle than it actually is, but we require someone who is willing to take some responsibility and work together with the others so that we stay clear of any trouble with the landlord!!

The flat is located in a beautiful and peaceful area of Bockenheim, with Bockenheimer Warte, Leipziger Straße (shopping and restaurant strip) and Goethe University (campus west) only a 5 minute walk away. The Grünerburgpark can also be reached in 10 minutes on foot.
For car owners, there is ample parking on the street in front of the flat and the A66 and A661 is immediately accessible without having to deal with traffic jams!
The U4, 6 & 7 are all leaving from Bockehimer Warte and will have you at either the Hauptbahnhof or Hauptwache within 2-3 stops. Tram 16 and various bus lines are also accessible from Bockenheimer Warte.
The location is very peaceful, you can sleep with your window open and not be bothered by noise from traffic, and being situated right next to the Palmengarten you can normally hear the birds singing!
We are an international flat comprising of Michael (German), Roman (Ukrainian), Camila(Chilean/German) and Sarah (German).
