Helles WG-Zimmer in ruhiger Lage in Bornheim zu vergeben (unbefristet)

zum 1. Juni wird bei unserer WG in Bornheim ein Zimmer frei. Wir, Leila (Non-binäre [cis-]Frau) und Christian (cis-Mann), wohnen schon seit Jahren zusammen und sind beide Anfang dreißig. Wir arbeiten als Redakteurin/Lektorin und als Sozialforscher, lesen gerne und teilen im Zusammenleben viel, von Essen bis zu allen Reproduktionsaufgaben. Wenn die Arbeit es zulässt, essen wir gemeinsam oder laden Freund:innen ein.
Die Wohnung hat 100 qm, ein Bad mit Dusche und ein extra Klo, eine große Wohnküche, ein Wohnzimmer und Parkett. Die 2-Meter hohen Fenster gehen (bis auf Küche und Bad) zum Hausgarten (über 100qm) hinaus und lassen viel Licht hinein. Der große Garten wird von allen Hausbewohner:innen genutzt. Die Wohnung liegt 5 Minuten von der U4 und weitere 5 Minuten vom Günthersburgpark weit weg.
Das Zimmer hat etwa 13 – 14 qm, wie alle anderen Zimmer. Insgesamt kostet die Miete warm inklusive allen anfallenden Kosten (GEZ bis zu Internet) 560 €.
Wir sind auf der Suche nach eine:r neuen Mitbewohner:in. Wichtig ist uns ein gutes Miteinander wozu eine gute Kommunikation gehört, die gemeinsame Übernahme von Reproduktionsaufgaben und selbstverständlich eine anti-rassistische und feministische Grundhaltung. Dir auch?

Dear all,
starting from Junr 1st we have a room to offer in our shared apartment in Frankfurt Bornheim. We are Leila and Christian and have been living together for years and are both in our early thirty’s. We work as an editor and as a social researcher and we enjoy reading. In our apartment, we share a lot like food but also everyday csre work. If we find the time, we eat together or invite some friends.
The apartment has around 100 square meters, a bath with a shower, a second toilet, a generous living-kitchen and parquet floors. The 2-meter high windows (except for kitchen and bathroom) go out to the house garden (over 100sqm) and let in a lot of light. The house was an air raid shelter, the walls are around 1,5 meters thick. The garden surrounds the house and is used by all the inhabitants. From the apartment it takes five minutes to the U4 and five minutes to the Günthersburgpark.
The room itself has around 14 sqm, as all other rooms. Including everything like power, internet and other costs, the rent is at 560 €. The security deposit is 1000 €.
We are looking for a new flatmate. If you also think a good communication is useful for a living together weil and if you also want to share everyday reproductive work equally and if you enjoy a feminist and anti-racist attitude, please contact us!
