Dear friends,
I am a Finance student at Frankfurt School and since I recently got an Internship in another city, I am moving out of the house. I am looking for someone to sub-let the room. If you liked the photos and would like to either visit the room or have an online viewing, please get in touch!
About the apartment:
The apartment is located on the 4th floor of a renovated old building and is optimal as a WG: Our kitchen and living and dining room are large and invite you to spread out and feel comfortable in the apartment. I especially love the gas stove and the recliner in front of the window facing southeast, which makes it incredibly bright and sunny :)
About the room:
There is a nice decorative element that makes it very cozy. The space is about 11 sqm and you can rent full-furnished. You get a Wardrobe (that is attached to the wall) and a Chair (one handle is broken - see picture), a desk, a bed with mattress, pillow, blankets and sheets (120cm x 200cm) The all-inclusive rent is 570€.
About you:
I am looking to give the room to someone who takes care of my stuff and my flatmates.
I also have the following ideas:
- We have a cleaning schedule at the house, and all the flatmates take care of the house on a rotational basis. So we would like it if you are willing to adhere to the schedule.
- You pay your rent on time, every month.
- When something needs to be repaired, you pick up the phone, hit the keys or just lend a hand.
- If the flatmates are away for a few days, they don't need to worry about the plants and the house! (We have some small plants in the house that makes the house feel more refreshing)
About the location:
Bornheim is simply the best neighborhood in Frankfurt! We are super central and well connected, yet it is quiet, you can sleep with the windows open and the neighborhood is nice and open-minded. In a few minutes you are in Bornheim Mitte at the U4 and at the Eissporthalle at the U7, also a bus goes directly to Offenbach. Frankfurt School of Finance and Management is just 10 minutes away.
2 times a week there is a nice weekly market and also otherwise many cafes, stores, and supermarkets (Aldi, Rewe, dm, Penny) are in the area. The famous Bergerstraße is around the corner and also parks (Günthersburgpark, Ostpark, Hafenpark) are not far away. Primetime fitness and FitSevenelevenis also nearby on Bergerstraße.
About the flatmates:
Mimi is 27 years old and a running meter full of energy. When she's not working, she likes doing sports and hanging out with her friends. At the moment she's at home quite irregularly a lot, working as a PA and as a cook.
Eugen, 32 years old, loves coffee and sports, is interested in finance, and is working at a cafe.
Please write me a little bit about yourself and how you imagine living together. Best you also add your phone number, so I can call you and we can arrange a viewing appointment or video meeting.
