Die Lage ist unschlagbar! Die U-Bahn-Station "Hügelstr." ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt, von dort fahren die Linien U1, U2, U3 und U8. Die Hauptwache ist in 8 Minuten, Willy-Brandt-Platz, Uni-Campus-Westend, Frankfurt School of Finance & Management und Uni-Campus Riedberg sind in 12 Minuten zu erreichen. Der Hauptbahnhof kann mit dem ÖPNV in 20 Minuten erreicht werden, der Flughafen in gut 30 Minuten. Alle Campus sind auch gut mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar.
Ca. 10 Minuten von der Wohnung entfernt befindet sich der Sinai-Park.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im Hochparterre eines Reihenendhauses. Das Haus liegt an dem von der Straße entfernten Ende der Häuserreihe, weswegen es trotz der genialen Anbindung ruhig ist.
Die Umgebung ist eine gut gepflegte Wohngegend mit viel Grün.

Diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in der unmittelbaren Umgebung, z. B. ein Rewe (2 Minuten) und ein Bäcker (schräg gegenüber).

The location is simply incredible! The subway station "Hügelstr." is only a few minutes walk away, from there the lines U1, U2, U3 and U8. Hauptwache is 8 minutes away, Willy-Brandt-Platz, Uni-Campus-Westend, Frankfurt School of Finance & Management and Uni-Campus Riedberg are 12 minutes away. The main train station can be reached by public transport in 20 minutes, the airport in a good 30 minutes. All campuses are also easily accessible by bike.
Approximately 10 minutes from the apartment is the Sinai Park.

The apartment is located on the mezzanine floor of a row end house. The house is located at the end of the row of houses away from the street, which is why it is quiet despite the brilliant connection.
The surrounding area is a well-maintained residential area with a lot of greenery.

Various shopping facilities are located in the immediate vicinity, e.g. a Rewe (2 minutes) and a bakery (diagonally opposite).

Die WG wird neu gegründet, bisher ziehe ich, Nastasia (28), in die WG ein.
Ich promoviere am Campus Riedberg im Bereich Grundwasserforschung und bin tagsüber im Labor oder auch mal im Homeoffice. Ich bin sehr umweltbewusst, interessiere mich für Nachhaltigkeit und ernähre mich überwiegend vegan. Wäre cool, wenn du dich auch ein bisschen dafür interessieren würdest. Hier gilt jedoch: alles kann, nichts muss. :) Besonders wichtig ist mir ein rücksichtsvolles Miteinander und Probleme können immer offen angesprochen werden. In meiner Freizeit mache ich Sport, gehe gerne in Cafés, koche, backe und lese sehr gerne. Alles in allem würde ich mir ein harmonisches und entspanntes Zusammenleben wünschen. :)

Erzähl mir gerne ein bisschen was über dich, z.B. wie du dir das Zusammenleben vorstellst und wie du deine Freizeit gestaltest.

Die WG befindet sich in einem Haus mit mehreren Parteien, weswegen die WG tendenziell für Berufstätige oder ältere Studierende geeignet ist. Eine Party-WG würde nicht ins Haus und in die Nachbarschaft passen.

Mit jeder*m Mieter*in wird ein eigener Vertrag abgeschlossen.

The shared flat will be newly founded, so far I, Nastasia (28), move in.

I am doing my PhD in groundwater research at the Riedberg campus and I'm in the lab during the day or occasionally in my home office. I am very environmentally conscious, interested in sustainability and eat a mostly vegan. It would be cool if you would be a bit interested in that as well. But everything is very relaxed :) Especially important to me is a respectful atmosphere and problems can always be talked about openly. In my free time I do sports, like going to cafes, cooking, baking and reading. All in all, I would like to have a harmonic and relaxed life together. :)

Feel free to tell me a little bit about yourself, like how you imagine living together and how you spend your free time.

The flat share is located in a house with several parties, which is why the flat share tends to be suitable for working people or older students. A party flat share would not fit well in the house and the neighborhood.

A separate contract is signed with each tenant.

Zur Wohnung gehört ein Kellerabteil, außerdem gibt es im Keller einen Fahrradkeller und einen Trockenraum.
Vor dem Haus gibt es ebenfalls eine Möglichkeit, Fahrräder abzustellen. In Absprache mit der Hausverwaltung besteht die Möglichkeit, gegen Bezahlung einen Parkplatz (ober- oder unterirdisch) zu mieten, vorausgesetzt freie Parkplätze sind aktuell verfügbar.

Internet und Stromvertrag werden von der WG organisiert.

A cellar compartment belongs to the apartment. In the basement there is also a bicycle cellar and a drying room.
In front of the house there is a possibility to park bicycles. In consultation with the property management, there is also the possibility to rent a parking space (above or underground) for a fee, provided that free parking spaces are currently available.

Internet and electricity contracts will be organized by the WG.
