Well, it´s time for us to look for a new roommate! Nun, es ist Zeit für uns, nach einem neuen Mitbewohner zu suchen!

We are living in a nice house in the “Nordend” of Frankfurt.

At the moment we are 5 people on two floors (with two bathrooms and two kitchens) and we might increase the number of people within the next months up to 7.

This does not depend entirely on the roommates, but on the housing management, as on the ground floor there is a youth organisation, which invites the participating kids once or twice a week to activities, e.g. Saturdays get a bit noisy between 15:30-19:00.

Besides that we pretty much have the house to ourselves, meaning we can use the garden for barbecue/ sunbathing or the balconies for fresh-air/ cigarette-breaks.
We have a washing machine and a dishwasher.

The free room is 40m² at the first floor that cost 550€ hot

At the moment we are 2 girls and 3 guys between 24 to 32 years old plus yourself.

Traditionally this has been a very international “WG” and all languages are welcome – at the time you would be able to talk to us in german, english, hebrew, french or dutch.

The room is free from now on and the rent covers internet-connection (so there isn't any extra-charge).

Ideally, you're between 26 and 32, open, clean and community-minded, you enjoy gardening and shared dinners

Wir wohnen in einem schönen Haus im Nordend von Frankfurt.

Im Moment sind wir 5 Personen auf zwei Etagen (mit zwei Bädern und zwei Küchen) und wir könnten die Anzahl der Personen in den nächsten Monaten auf bis zu 7 erhöhen.

Das hängt nicht nur von den Mitbewohnern ab, sondern auch von der Hausverwaltung, denn im Erdgeschoss gibt es eine Jugendorganisation, die die teilnehmenden Kinder ein- bis zweimal pro Woche zu Aktivitäten einlädt, z.B. samstags von 15:30-19:00 Uhr.

Ansonsten haben wir das Haus so ziemlich für uns alleine, d.h. wir können den Garten zum Grillen/Sonnenbaden oder die Balkone für Frischluft/Zigarettenpausen nutzen.
Wir haben eine Waschmaschine und einen Geschirrspüler.

Die frei Zimmer ist 40m² im 1Stock, das 550€ warm kostet

Im Moment sind wir 2 Frauen und 3 Männer zwischen 24 und 32 Jahren und du selbst.

Traditionell ist dies eine sehr internationale WG und alle Sprachen sind willkommen - zur Zeit kannst du dich mit uns auf deutsch, englisch, hebräisch, französisch oder holländisch unterhalten.

Das Zimmer ist ab sofort frei und die Miete deckt den Internetanschluss ab (es fallen also keine weiteren Kosten an).

Idealerweise bist du zwischen 26 und 32 Jahre alt, offen, sauber und gemeinschaftsorientiert, hast Spaß an Gartenarbeit und gemeinsamen Mahlzeiten.

Wir befinden uns in der Falkenstienerstraße 1, auf Nordend OST.
Es ist eine tolle Gegend, sehr ruhig und mit vielen Restaurants und Supermärkten um ihn herum.
Das Kino ist nur 10 Gehminuten entfernt, da ist ein toller Bierplatz gleich um die Ecke, die Ubahnist eine Minute zu Fuß über die Straße .. und sogar die Turnhalle ist nur wenige Gehminuten von unserem Gebäude entfernt.
Darüber hinaus sind wir 10 Minuten zu Fuß von einem großen Park entfernt, wir haben Parkplätze außerhalb unseres Gebäudes und es gibt sogar einen Mcdonalds in der Nähe.

Also ... wenn du denkst, du bist derjenige, der zu unseren Standorten passt, wenn du in dieser schönen Nachbarschaft leben möchtest und du denkst, du bist unser Leute Kerl / Mädchen geben mir einfach einen Anruf!

We are located in Falkenstienerstraße 1, on Nordend OST.
Its an amazing area, very quite, and with alot of restaurants and supermarkets around it.
The cinema is just 10 minutes walk away, there is an amazing beer place just around the corner, the Ubahn is one minute walk across the street.. and even the gym is just a few minutes walk from our building.
Moreover, we are located 10 minutes walk from a large park, we have parking spaces outside of our building and there is even a Mcdonalds nearby.

So... if you think you are the one to fit our standarts, if you want to live in this lovely neighborhood and you think you are our people guy/girl just give me a call!
Flatshare Type
We are on NGO that rents rooms for people at the age level of the other residents.
We would like to keep it young and nice, and also clean and tidy for the rest of us.
We have 1 washing machine and every floor share a kitchen and a bathroom/ Shower.
We share the cleaning missions as well - every floor has tasks for itself but we also have tasks for the shared rooms, like the living room, kitchen and halls.
We go out together sometimes, we are hosting events and the roommates are welcome to join our "Cultural center" events, which takes place several times in a month.
Every roommate buys his or hers food supllies and sometimes we would like to eat together.
We like to gather around on Friday evenings and eat togehter.

This place is like a family, so we would love someone friendly and nice to join us.
