I am subletting my room for the month of January 2023. The WG has a kitchen, hallway and a large daylight bathroom with shower and extra bathtub. In the kitchen there is a washing machine and dishwasher and everything else that you need is actually there. Fast WiFi and all other costs are included in the rental price. (WiFi has to be renewed on Jan mid. So there might be some disruptions that time).
Our WG is located 10 minutes from Frankfurt HBF. Bikes can be parked in the backyard. The apartment is on the second floor of an old building in a fairly quiet side street. Rewe, bakers, restaurants and a few bars are within easy walking distance.
The WG currently consists of Me (employed and from India), Nikolas(student), Aileen (student) and Sara (who will be moving out this Month end and will be replaced by a new tenant). In the evening we like to sit together with a few beers or a glass of wine - often spontaneously. It is particularly important to us that everyone feels equally responsible for the apartment and for living together. So it would be good if you already have some shared flat experience and know things like a cleaning schedule.
We can arrange an online meeting on Monday evening. You are also welcome to visit us some time this week(Evenings).
