Ein schönes modernes Schlafzimmer ist ab dem 1. Februar 2024 in dieser schönen Wohnung zu vermieten. Das Schlafzimmer ist 12m in der Größe, aber da es eine quadratische Form hat, können Sie leicht passen alles, was Sie brauchen. Das Zimmer wird teilmöbliert angeboten. Mein bisheriger Mitbewohner wird das Bett, den Schrank und den Bürostuhl übernehmen. Der Schreibtisch und die Vorhänge können bleiben, wenn Sie möchten. Das Schlafzimmer hat einen schönen Blick auf den Himmel und die Hügel in der Ferne.

Die Wohnung ist fantastisch! Sie wurde 2021 gebaut und ist mit hochwertigen Möbeln mobliert!

Die Küche hat eine Spülmaschine, Backofen, Elektroherd, sehr großen Kühlschrank und Gefrierschrank! Das Wohnzimmer und Essbereich hat alles, was eine schöne Wohnung braucht! der große Fernseher, schönes Sofa, Tisch und Lampen.

Die Wohnung ist die höchste Etage des Gebäudes und ist ein Penthouse! Es gibt einen riesigen Balkon mit einem Schreibtisch, Stühlen, Sonnenschirm, voll funktionsfähigen Gasgrill und Gartengeräte! Das Badezimmer ist auch groß mit einer Dusche und einer Badewanne!

Es gibt auch einen sauberen, ordentlichen Keller für Ihre zusätzlichen Sachen wie Koffer und so weiter! es ist wie ein zusätzliches Zimmer haben wir aber unten! Wir haben auch eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockenraum im Keller!

Die Miete für das Zimmer beträgt 750 Euro und ist an den Vermieter zu zahlen. Darin enthalten sind die Kosten für Wasser, Heizung, Müll und alles, was mit der Reinigung und Instandhaltung des Gebäudes zu tun hat.
Strom, Internet und ZDF zahlen wir zusätzlich, das sind etwa 100 Euro pro Person zusätzlich zur Kaltmiete.

A beautiful modern bedroom is available to rent from 1st of Feb 2024 in this beautiful flat. The bedroom is 12m in size but as it has a square shape you can easily fit anything you need. The bedroom is offered partially furnished. My previous flatmate will take the bed, closet, and the office chair. The desk and curtains can stay if you want. The bedroom has a nice view to the sky and the hills in the far.

The apartment is amazing! This is built in 2021 and is furnished with high-quality furniture!

The kitchen has dishwasher, oven, electric stove, very big fridge and freezer! The living room and eating area has everything a nice flat needs! the big TV, nice sofa, table and lights.

The flat is the highest floor of the building and is a penthouse! There is a huge balcony with a desk, chairs, sun umbrella, fully functional gas grill, and gardening tools! The bathroom is also big with a shower and a bathtub!

There is also a clean tidy cellar for your extra stuff like suitcase and so on! it's like an extra room we have but downstairs! We also have a washing machine and drying room in the Cellar!

The rent for the room is 750 euros to be paid to the landlord. This includes the water, heating, trash, and anything related to the cleaning and maintenance of the building.
We pay the electricity, internet, ZDF on top which is around 100 euros per person on top of the cold rent.
