I am moving out from the shared flat, the room will be available since 1 July and can be rented for long term if you want. You would have a lease contract directly with the lessor. The lessor is university professor.
The room is now fully furnished with the essential things that you just need to move in and stay (please see the pictures): 1 desk table, 1 shelf that I also use as chair (the photos show that :))), 1 clothes stand-hanger, 1 wash-hanger, 1 mattress. All are in good conditions because I am using them with care. I bought all of them so I wish to change hands to you with the total price of 30 Euro. Some other small stuffs (pillows, blanket, hangers,…) are also possible to hand over without cost if you want.
The room is about 14 square meters. The window faces the street from which you can enjoy sunshine in the afternoon (I often do yoga) or you otherwise use the window shade for privacy. The bathroom has a bathtub, a cubicle shower and a window. The kitchen is quite large with a big window, it has various shelves for us to store foods, a fridge, 4 stoves, oven, microwave and a dishwasher! The kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped and you don't need to bring anything with you.
There is a laundry room in the basement with a washing machine only for our apartment. In the basement, you can park your bike and parking car is also possible but we need to check with the lessor whether any parking lot is available right now.
The apartment is located in Alt-Harheim and well-connected to public transport. The bus-stop (Buses 28 and 25) is in front of the apartment. From here, you can reach U2 and U9 at Kalbach stop in some minutes. You can also get to Berkersheim S-Bahn station by Bus 25. The buses also run every half hour or hour at late night.
It takes about 15 minutes to Riedberg Uni Campus, about 30 minutes to Westend Uni Campus and about 35 minutes to the city center. It takes about 30 minutes by S-Bahn to Bockenheim Uni Campus. But for an exact distance and time, please check with the address of the flat and your place.
There are some fields around the apartment and Nidda river nearby which are very nice for outdoor activities (running, jogging or biking) if you are interested.
Netto is very close, around 900 m from the apartment, to get there you can take bus or for me, I prefer walking. There are also Penny, Rewe and Aldi around.
I am a law student at Goethe University, there are two other students of Goethe University living in the apartment. Danica is on her first year of master course at Riedberg campus. Danica is full of energy and it is always nice to chat to her. Evans is a Ph.D candidate and he is finalizing his study regarding Knee-Wiederverletzungspävention. Evans and Danica speak English as their first language, and both (especially Evans) can also speak German quite well.
