WG Zimmer, Niederrad

Ich suche derzeit einen Nachmieter für mein WG-Zimmer in Frankfurt Niederrad, da ich im August ausziehe.

Das Zimmer ist möbliert. Das Zimmer ist ca. 18,5 qm groß, hell, hat zwei Fenster und liegt zum Innenhof. Es ist mit einem schönen neuen Bett, einem Kleiderschrank, Regalen, einem Schreibtisch und einem Schreibtischstuhl eingerichtet.
Man muss nur neues ikea malm regal für 50€ übernehmen.
Der Preis (530 Euro) ist all inclusive und beinhaltet Gas, Strom, Highspeed-Internet und GEZ. Mehr geht nicht!

Der Vermieter wohnt nicht selbst in der WG. Ein Mitbewohner wohnt derzeit in der WG und würde sich über weitere Mitbewohner freuen.

Das Badezimmer ist neu. In der Küche gibt es einen Geschirrspüler, eine neue Waschmaschine mit integriertem Trockner und einen neuen Kühlschrank. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich ein großer Keller, in dem Sie Ihre Einkäufe lagern oder Ihr Fahrrad abstellen können. Außerdem gibt es einen separaten Fahrradkeller und eine Waschküche. Im Dachgeschoss gibt es weiteren Stauraum und einen Platz zum Aufhängen von Wäsche.

Niederrad, super gelegen zwischen Hauptbahnhof (eine S-Bahn-Haltestelle) und dem Flughafen (eine S-Bahn-Haltestelle). Es ist 1 Minute zu Fuß zur Straßenbahn. Der Penny ist zwei Minuten entfernt. Ruhige Wohngegend mit vielen Studenten und viel Grün. Das Stadion und die Universitätsklinik sind ebenfalls in der Nähe.

Alle Zimmer werden vom Vermieter separat an Jugendliche zwischen 18 und 30 Jahren vermietet.

I am currently looking for a new tenant for my shared room in Frankfurt Niederrad, as I will be moving out in August.

The room is furnished. The room is about 18.5 square meters, bright, has two windows and faces the inner courtyard. It is furnished with a beautiful new bed, wardrobe, shelves, a desk and desk chair.
You only have to take over new ikea malm shelf for 50€.

The price (€530) is all inclusive and includes gas, electricity, high-speed internet and GEZ. There's nothing more to it!

The landlord does not live in the shared flat himself. A flatmate currently lives in the flat share and would be happy to have more flatmates.

The bathroom is new. In the kitchen there is a dishwasher new washing machine with integrated dryer and a new refrigerator. On the ground floor there is a large basement where you can store your groceries or park your bike. There is also a separate bicycle cellar and a laundry room. In the attic there is further storage space and a space for hanging laundry.

Niederrad, super located between the main train station (one S-Bahn stop) and the airport (one S-Bahn stop). It is a 1 minute walk to the tram. The penny is two minutes away. Quiet residential area with many students and lots of greenery. The stadium and the university hospital are also nearby.

All rooms are rented out separately by the landlord to young people between the ages of 18 and 30.
