Nice room up for sublet in a lovely Altbau apartment on the second floor. It's a spacious room that receives plenty of natural light and is located near Friedberger Platz. You'll absolutely love the lively bars, cozy coffee places, and great restaurants just a short walk away. Berger Strasse is within a 10-minute stroll, where you'll find the Merian Platz U-Bahn station, and Konstablerwache is a 15-minute walk (or a quick tram ride) away. There's also a Rewe and Denns grocery store just 7 minutes away.
In terms of roommates, you'll be sharing the apartment with Chris, who's pursuing a PhD in Pharmacy, and Pascal, an English teacher. Both of them are friendly, German-speaking individuals, creating a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere.
The room itself is unfurnished, but if you'd like, I can leave the desk, chair, clothing rack, and wardrobe to make your move-in easier.
Initially, the sublet is available until the end of August, with the possibility of extending or even taking over the lease permanently. For the sublet period Anmeldung is not possible.
