Hallo,

suche eine/n netten Mitbewohner/in. Mietdauer flexibel! Zu vermieten sind 2 Zimmer in einer 3 Zimmer Wohnung. Ein Zimmer ist 14qm und eines 20 qm ! Du kannst dein Büro oder sowas ähnliches in einem der Zimmer unterbringen. Oder man kann jedes einzeln mieten, siehe meine anderen Anzeigen. Ich bin meist verreist und kaum da, aber habe ein Zimmer in der Wohnung. Meine Mitbewohner haben mich glaube ich nur ca. 3-5 Tage im Monat gesehen. Und wenn ich da bin, bin ich meist im Atelier am arbeiten oder unterwegs :)

Zu vermieten: ein schönes möbliertes 20 qm Zimmer mit 3 Fenstern und schöner Aussicht und schönem Morgenlicht in einer renovierten Wohnung in schöner und ruhiger Gegend. Bioladen, Feinkost-Weinladen und Cafés direkt gegenüber, U-Bahn Station U5 Glauburgstr 2 Minuten zu Fuß.

Ich bin deine Mitbewohnerin: Diplom-Künstlerin, in Frankfurt aufgewachsen. 35 Jahre alt, aber lebe eher wie jemand die 26 ist, da ich alles andere als einen 9-5 Job habe. Ich arbeite als Künstlerin aber habe noch einen anderen Beruf, ich bin beruflich selbständig und reise ständig, mehr als eine Stewardess, dh. bin oft gar nicht da und komme zu unterschiedlichen Zeiten nach Hause. Ich bin generell sehr beschäftigt, aber ich nehme mir trotzdem auch Zeit für Freizeit und habe gerne einfach eine nette und lustige Zeit und intellektuelle Gespräche.
Ich gehe oft auf Ausstellungseröffnungen, in Museen oder auch in Bars und Techno parties. Ich fahre gerne Fahrrad in der Stadt oder gehe wandern in der Natur, ich jogge viel und mache Yoga.
Ich finde, dass jeder sein eigenes selbstständiges Leben führen soll. Aber mag keine Zweck-WGs, d.h. es ist mir schon wichtig, dass man sich versteht und gerne miteinander Zeit verbringt, man wohnt schließlich zusammen, aber bei meinem vielen Reisen werden wir uns wahrscheinlich kaum sehen ;) ein Kommunikatives, nettes Miteinander ist mir wichtig.
Einen wöchentlichen Putzplan und Dinge in der Wohnung selbstständig organisieren können setze ich voraus.

Ich suche jemanden als Untermieter ab der/die selbstständig ist und putzen kann und entspannt, flexibel und sozial ist und gut kommunizieren kann wenn etwas ansteht. Ich habe viel WG Erfahrung und bin ein Fan freundlichem und herzlichem Umgang. Wenn du neu nach Frankfurt kommst, kann ich dir viele Tips geben, ich bin hier aufgewachsen.

Die Miete für das Zimmer ist kalt 900-1000 € pro Monat, möbliert, Internet Flat und Nebenkosten alles inklusive.

Vorhandene Möbel: großer Kleiderschrank mit Spiegeln, Tisch, Bett, Kommode, Lampen, Bücherregal, etc

Die Wohnung hat:
Tageslichtbad, Badewanne (!!), Waschmaschine, großen Kühlschrank

Hi,
I am subletting 2 rooms in a 3 room apartment, dates can be flexible. I have 2 rooms to rent for this price. One is 14 sqm and another is 20 sqm, you can rent the rooms together and put your office there or something else. Or you can rent the rooms separately. I am most of the time traveling with my job. I think my roommates saw me 3 days in the month ^^. But it varies. When I am there I am mostly working in my art studio, so always busy and on the go :).

The room has beautiful morning daylight and 3 windows with a broad view. The apartment is renovated and the area is very nice and quiet. The closest Tram stop is U5 Glauburgstr, just 5 minutes walking distance. Organic shop, Delicatess-wine-shop and Cafés right in front of our house.

I'm your roommate: graduate artist, 34, years old, but live more like someone who is 26 years old ;). I grew up in Frankfurt, I also have another job and am self-employed and travel all the time, so I'm often not there and have anything but a 9-5 job. I am general a very active and busy person but I still take time to hang out or have some fun time. Before Corona I like to go to bars, techno parties or to art openings and Museums. But also cycling in the city or hiking in nature. I am also outdoorsy and sporty and do jogging and yoga.
I think everyone should lead their own independent life. But I don't like purpose-built flat shares, It is important to me that we get along and understand each other and enjoy spending time together, after all, we would live together ;) I am very communicative and like to have friends over sometimes (if I am there at all) and having a drink at home is also important to me, but not all the time.

I am looking for someone as a subtenant who is independent and can clean and is relaxed, flexible and social and can communicate well when something is pending. I have a lot of flat share experience and I am a fan of a cleaning plan and friendly and warm approach in communication. Looking forward to show you around Frankfurt Nordend and have you in my flat.


The price for the 2 rooms is 900-1000€ per month all included, furnished, wifi, warm water, electricity.

The room is furnished: Big cabinet, table, bed, chest of drawers, Bookshelve, lamps.

The flat has:
daylight bathroom, bathtub (!!), washing machine, fridge and is located in a safe and upscale neighborhood called Nordend. It has 3 different supermarkets close by and an amazing organic store 1 min away. Many cafés and restaurants and it's 6 minute walking distance to Holzhausen Park, which is a super nice park with a real little castle on a pond. Nordend is from my point of view one of the best neighborhoods in Frankfurt to live in, it's close to the center, it has a lot of green, it is very safe and has good food around. The place is also walking distance to the Innercity and for many people one of the best places to live in Frankfurt. The U5 Glauburgstraße station is 5 min walking distance.
