Die Wohnung ist 15 Gehminuten vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt, 2 Minuten vom ÖPNV und dem Mainufer. Durch die Lage auf der sachsenhäuser Mainseite und der Nähe zum Uniklinikum ist es hier aber ganz ruhig, bei offenem Fenster hört man nur die Straßenbahn vorbeiruckeln...

Hallo, ich heiße Nina, bin 32 und Biologin. Ich bin sehr naturverbunden und gebe mir Mühe nachhaltig zu leben - mein guilty pleasure sind jedoch der Föhn und das Heizöfchen, die laufen schon öfter mal... Ich bin ein sehr geselliger Mensch, hab öfter mal Besuch und bin viel unterwegs, aber wenn ich zuhause bin, verbringe ich gerne Zeit zusammen, bin immer für einen Plausch zu haben und koche gerne (vegan) - eine große Auswahl an asiatischen Sößchen und immer ausreichend Bionella im Haushalt sind dabei essenziell ;-). Ansonsten zähle ich birdwatching und tattoowieren zu meinen Hobbys, mag jetzt aber auch sticken lernen.. Ich bin nicht super ordentlich, aber eine gewisse Grundordnung und Sauberkeit in den Gemeinschaftsräumen sind mir wichtig.

Wie du wahrscheinlich gesehen hast, lebe ich zusammen mit Kater Arne, der als Wohnungskatze viel Aufmerksamkeit und Gesellschaft braucht. Ich kümmere mich um Futternachschub und alles rund ums Katzenklo, aber je nachdem, wer früher aufsteht oder als erstes nach Hause kommt, ist mit Füttern an der Reihe ;-) und wenn ich mal im Urlaub bin, müsste auch das Katzenklo sauber gemacht, Gesellschaft geleistet und gerne auch geschmust und gespielt werden - ich habe aber auch Nachbarn und friends die einspringen können, wenn wir beide weg sind. Die Wohnung ist daher wirklich nur für Katzenliebhaber/innen geeignet! Arne ist ein sehr agiler Kater, der Leckerlis mit Salto aus der Luft fangen kann auch wenn er bestimmt 80% des Tages in einem seiner vielen Kartons schläft wie ein Weltmeister.. Er ist immer gerne da, wo man auch gerade ist, ist aber auch eine Diva, der ein bisschen Zeit braucht, um sich an neue Menschen zu gewöhnen. Wenn man seine Grenzen überschreitet, dann zeigt er einem das auch. Aber wenn er Vertrauen hat, dann ist er der süßeste und am lautesten schnurrende Kater der Welt <3

Hello, my name is Nina, I'm 32 and I'm a biologist. I'm passionate about nature and try to live sustainably - however, my guilty pleasures are the hairdryer and the heater, which run quite often... I'm a very sociable person, sometimes I have friends over and I spend a lot of time outside but when I'm at home I'm always up for a chat and like to spend time together :-) I enjoy cooking (vegan) - a large selection of Asian sauces and always enough Bionella in the household are essential ;-). Apart from that, I count birdwatching and tattooing among my hobbies and now I also like to learn how to do embroidery. I'm not super tidy, but a certain basic order and cleanliness in the communal areas are important to me.

As you've probably seen, I live with my cat Arne, who needs attention and company as he's an indoor cat. I take care of food supplies and everything around the litter box, but depending on who gets up earlier or comes home first has to feed him ;-) and when I'm on vacation and you're home, you would also have to clean the litter box, provide some company and preferably enjoy cuddling and playing (I do have friends and neighbors as back up when we're both out). The apartment is therefore only suitable for cat lovers! Arne is a very agile cat who can catch treats out of the air with a somersault although he's probably sleeping 80% of the day in one of his many boxes.. He always wants to be in the same room where the humans are... But he is also a diva who needs a little time to get used to new people. If you overstep his boundaries, he will show you. But when he trusts, he is the sweetest and loudest purring cat in the world <3

Mein Mitbewohner zieht bis spätestens Ende Juli aus, theoretisch könnte er das Zimmer aber ab sofort freigeben.
