Hello everyone!
there will be a room available in our nice flatshare - the masterbedroom (30 m²) with its own bathroom!
The flatshare ist fully equiped with an almost new kitchen, a big dining room/living room an a lounge on the 20 m² roof terrace, where we do barbecues during summer time and have a drink together!
You are looking for a nice flatshare in Frankfurt ?
The flatshare offers to bathrooms, one only for you. The other bathroom is equiped with a new washing machine and a dryer. The kitchen offers all neccassary equipment including a dish washer.
We are 3 young professionals, two of them from france, one German. We are interested in sports (Soccer, running, biking, volleyball, tennis, basketball) and like watching soccer (DAZN available) or doing barbecue on our spectacular roof terrace!
The masterbedroom of this 142 m² flatshare ist 23 m² big + a 7 m² separate bathroom with a bath tube + an extra shower. It is party furnished with a dressing room, so you don't need a closet. If you need additional furniture please ask in a mail for it. We can arrange something.
There is everything included in the cost, such as
- high speed internet / W-Land
- TV
- fees for public TV channels
- general costs (caretaker, cleaning staircase, etc.)
- gas for the barbecue, etc.
You will find parking spaces right in front of the house. No problem!
Sachsenhausen is the nicest district in Frankfurt. The flatshare is very close to the river "Main" where you have a 10 km illuminated running track next to the river. Very nice, even in winter time.
Also you will find public transport very convenient located just next to the flatshare (trams, S-Bahn, bus, bycicle and E-scooter station)
All kind of shops and take aways are nearby, such as supermarket, Post office, bakery, asian food, etc.
Also the Autobahn A3 and A5 are closeby.
We are 3 young proffessionals, working during the week. We like to spend evenings sometimes togehter and sometimes cook together or do barbecue ;-)
Sometimes we invite friends on our roof terrace and spend evenings togehter, e.g. having a drink togehter or watching TV.
We would appreciate if you do sports, but it's no must.
Nico sometimes plays the guitar (when we allow it ;-)
