The flat is top floor and all rooms have ceiling windows (with shades) + small windows on the wall, with space to put nice plants.
The room is nice, big and bright, with everything needed to live. The room includes the follwing furnitures:
-cabinet
-bed (without mattress)
-Desk
-Window blinds
The rest of the apartment has space for storage under the ceiling and in the hallway. 4 rooms in total, a kitchen and a bathroom :)
Best part of the apartment; we have access to the roof where you can enjoy the sun and a beer with a beautiful view at the skyline (see profile pick).
The location is perfect. Right next to the Lokalbahnhof, 7 minutes walking to the Main! Everything you need you’ll find around, including groceries(REWE and ALDI), pharmacy, cafes, book shops, gym.
Besides that there are some cute coffeeshops and nice bars in the neighborhood. If you prefer other neighborhoods in the city you can reach all them easily by bike (city center 10 minutes by bike).
Since I will be leaving on 15th of January these will be your future flatmates:
Pia started her master in Goethe as well. She grew up in Frankfurt, did her bachelor's in France and is happy to motivate her flatmates to do a run next to the river in the morning (with a little reward at the bakery afterwards ;)).
Elena is doing her masters in Goethe university, likes doing sports, go partying to techno and currently discovered her love for fancy knitting patterns.
Lars works as a speacial teacher/ systemic therapist in an inclusive setting in school in Bockenheim. He likes analog photography, techno and art in general.
Everyone likes to do sports and spending time with friends when possible.
We have a great atmosphere at home. We often share evenings making dinner or drinking a beer/glass of wine and talking, but we also respect each other’s privacy during the day since we all work/study :)
