This room is for rent starting May 1, 2024 as I’m relocating to the USA.
This is a spacious and internationally-shared flat but with four private rooms. We are all young international professionals (mostly engineers) who speak English within the flat. Currently there are 2 guys and 2 ladies, and we would like to keep this balance within the flat as this seems to work well for the apartment environment.
This apartment is located on the first floor of the building. We are just 3 minutes by foot to Lokalbahnhof station, 2 minutes by foot to busses and trams. We also live right next to an Aldi, dm, Apotheke, Rewe, fitness studio 7/11, many bars and restaurants, and just 2 minutes away by foot from the heart of the party in Sachsenhausen. This apartment is super central to all and you can easily access the whole city by the close public transits or by walking (like I do sometimes).
The bathroom and kitchen are communal. The kitchen is fully furnished, including a laundry machine and a dishwasher. We have a storage unit in the basement and some small storage shelves in the apartment.
In regards to the room: most of the furniture will stay and be sold with the room. If by chance you don’t want/need any of the furniture, I’m happy to get rid of or sell it before.
