Die Wohnung befindet sich in bester Lage in Sachsenhausen in der Nähe der Mainbrücke. In der Nähe gibt es viele nette Restaurants, Cafés und Bars, aber auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Rewe, Aldi oder DM, Fitnessstudio, Apfelwein und Straßenbahnhaltestelle sind ebenfalls in der Nähe.
Ansonsten ist die Straße aber sehr ruhig und liegt abseits der großen Partymeile.
In unmittelbarer Nähe des Hauses befindet sich die Straßenbahnhaltestelle "Frankensteiner Platz", von der aus man in 5 Minuten zur Konstablerwache gelangt, aber auch in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß auf die andere Mainseite und damit direkt ins Herz von Frankfurt laufen kann. Die S-Bahn-Station "Lokalbahnhof" ist ca. 500m entfernt und bietet eine gute Anbindung an ganz Frankfurt und das Umland. Auch der Südbahnhof ist nur 10 Gehminuten entfernt. Mit dem Fahrrad sind Sie sowieso in kürzester Zeit überall.

The flat is located at a prime location in Sachsenhausen close to the main river bridge. There are many nice restaurants, cafés and bars nearby, but also shopping facilities such as Rewe, Aldi or DM, fitness studio, apple cider and tram station are also closeby. Otherwise, however, the street is a quiet and is away from they main party street.
Near the house is a tram stop "Frankensteiner Platz" from where you can get to Konstablerwache in 5 mins, but you can also walk to the other side of the Main in a few minutes and thus directly into the heart of Frankfurt. The "Lokalbahnhof" S-Bahn station is about 500m away and provides good connections to the whole of Frankfurt and the surrounding area. The Südbahnhof is also only a 10-minute walk away. By bike you can be everywhere in no time anyway.

Dein Mitbewohner wird Sahil sein, der zurzeit in Frankfurt als Business analyst arbeitet. Er ist super freundlich und kocht gerne und oft. Zu seinen Hobbys gehören Joggen, Musik hören und am Wochenende gerne ausgehen. Er mag es, die Küche sauber zu halten und ist ein lustiger Mensch.
Die Küche hat eine gute Spülmaschine, die wir täglich laufen lassen. Es gibt einen wöchentlichen Reinigungsplan, der in der Wohnung befolgt wird.

Your flatmate is going to be Sahil, who is currently working in Frankfurt as Business analyst. He is super friendly and likes cooking often. His hobbys include jogging, listening music and likes to go out on weekends. He likes to keep kitchen clean and is a fun person.
The kitchen has a good dishwasher that we run daily. There is a weekly cleaning schedule that is followed in the apartment.

Das Haus wird nur für 2 Monate untervermietet. Wohnungsgeberbestätigung ist nicht verfügbar . Die Kaution (600€) ist im Voraus zu zahlen und wird nach Ablauf der 2 Monate zurückerstattet.
