Modern WG-room in a newly built student dormitory located in Goethe-Uni Campus-Westend. The room is on 4th floor with elevator. Basic furnitures: a bed, a desk, a wall cupboard next to the desk, a small cupboard next to the desk, a book shelf, a wardrobe, a bed with storage room beneath, a cupboard over the bed. There is also a shower-room in the room about 3 m2. There are another 11 flatmates living on the same floor and we share a big kitchen (each owns a single floor of the shared refrigerator). I was studying in Goethe-Uni and have lived here since April 2018. Now I have graduated and plan to move out by the end of August 2019. But since my rent contract last till the end of September, I want to subrent my room only in September. As required by the Haus-meister, the sub-renter must have a student identity under age 30. I hope that you are a student who happens to do an internship in September in Frankfurt.
The dormitory is located right inside Goethe Uni, Campus-Westend. The nearest U-bahn station is Holzhaussen strasse with U1,2,3,8 with 7min walk from the dormitory. There is also bus stations around, e.g. 75, 64, 32, 36. Rewe is 5 min walk away. Also, next to the campus is a public park Gruenerburgpark where you can go for a walk or jog if you like.
All flatmates are students and the gender is well-balanced. They are really nice people and easy to get along with. It's our duty to keep the the kitchen tidy and whenever we finish cooking, cleaning the tables and leave the sink clean and free for other people is necessary. A cleaning service provided by the dormitory is 2-3 times per week. Each tenant owns a single floor of the shared refrigerator. There are some left-over pots from the earlier tenants that we can share. However, most of the equipments (cutlery, pots, food) belong to a certain tenant. However, i am willing to leave some of my stuff if you need for no extra cost.
The rent expires on 29 September (a Sunday) for I need to deliver a clean empty room to the landlord on 30 September. So please keep it clean while you live here, or at least before you leave. During the time i will also stay in Frankfurt (Sachsenhaussen in specific), so i am always available for help. On the last weekend of your stay (28, 29) we will work together to make the room (also my wardrobes in the kitchen) ready to deliver. I am currently working in the suburb area and can show you the room either after work (means after 19 o'clock) in the weekdays or anytime in weekends.
