My name is Philipp and I will leave Germany for some traveling. Therefore, you will get the opportunity to rent out my room in our flatshare. As you see, I like it comfortable and have made my room a perfect place to relax, study or having friends over. I will leave everything there, except of course my personal stuff. As you also see I got a big TV. If you want, I can leave that aswell for the time I'm gone, but I would charge you some extra deposit for this. If you don't want it, I can detach it and store it somewhere, so it's up to you. Regarding the general deposit we can agree on something.
Due to the huge windows the room ist very bright and just feels very cosy with the high ceiling.
The location can't be better to be honest. Especially if you are studying at the Goethe university, which is literally 1 min walk away. The metro is also like 6 mins and the S-Bahn is like 10.
Groceries and everything else is litteraly 5 houses away.
Since everybody is working, we respect our private zones and that's very important for us. But that does not mean that we do not hang out together. Especially on the weekends you will definitely have the opportunity to go out with someone or just relax with some beers or other beverages on the balcony.
Just be a respectful person and live by the general standards of cleaning things up after you use them.
Even though the rent includes a cleaning service once a week, which is huge bless since you don't have any classic cleaning duties. Still:
THIS DOES NOT MEAN you can leave everything dirty and don't care about other things like buying flatshare stuff and being respectful with the stuff of others.
But this should be common sense, if that's not the case, please go and look for something else.
The period of the short-term stay can be varied a bit if needed. Just come up with your preferences and we will surely find a consensus.
Cheers
