20.08 is a flexible move-in date as I‘m not in a rush to replace anyone. Temporary stayings are also welcome.

I'm living in a spacious flat in Niederrad, Goldsteinstrasse. It's the only flat on the floor and it has a big terrace with a bbq.
The flat consists of a living room + kitchen, a big terrace, and two rooms. There is also a shower and a bath. We also have a big room in the basement for our stuff and a nice inner yard to keep a bike.
The cost of the whole flat including all utilities and services is slightly more than 1400. Therefore, your room costs 650 euros per month (warm/all included).
Your future room has all the necessary things: bed, mattress, table, chair, wifi, tv wire, heating, sun cover.
The flat also has all the basic things: dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, all the kitchen things.
Two different tram stations are within 2 minutes walk. S-bahn station is in 10 minutes walk.
