We are looking for an open, cheerful new roommate for long term rent in our 3er WG from 01.01.024. We prefer those who will stay over a year. 🐻 We offer a beautiful shared room on the well-known Bergerstraße in Frankfurt.
FYI, the warm rent is €550 monthly and the deposit is €1000 at the beginning (you will receive at the end).

A furnished shared room in 3 persons WG with a view from the garden. It is equipped with a plank floor and has very high ceilings and white walls typical of the old building. It is rectangular and adjacent to one of the other shared rooms. The room is fully-furnished (desk, chair, wardrobe, couch, bed, chest of drawers, bedside table).
The shared flat is super centrally located in Frankfurt. Everything your heart desires is only a few minutes' walk or a minute's walk away. The Günthersburgpark is very close.
Good transport connections (bus lines M32/M34/M44/38/103/N4 as well as U4 and tram 10/12 approx. 3 minutes and U7 about 1 km away). Parking nearby.
Apart from the shared rooms, the shared flat is rather smaller (kitchen about 6sqm with refrigerator, bathroom 2.5sqm with sink, shower and toilet). Nevertheless, everything necessary is available, such as the window in the bathroom, a washing machine and above all the spacious balcony. The courtyard of the house is also useable, where the bicycles can be safely stored. Wi-Fi included.
In addition, we benefit from our cellar and the 10% neighbouring discount of the "Traumkuh" (best burger shop EU-West, "Unpaid advertising")
