I am looking for a new tenant for my room in a shared flat. The apartment is on the top floor of a four storey building. There's a large living room, kitchen and bathroom with everything you need. The room itself is unfurnished. There is also a balcony which is accessible via the living room and a cellar. Parking space is also available but we've it rented out at the moment since we don't have a car.
The rent is €450 and includes heating, electricity, internet and Hausratversicherung. The deposit is €800. You'll share the apartment with one person (M, 34) who is the main tenant. He's friendly and currently works as a freelancer. He speaks German and English.
Public transport (line 1) is about 3-4 minutes on foot. There's also a small local market nearby (~3 min) with supermarkets (REWE and Treff), a post office, bakery, pharmacy and some other shops as well as eateries. On weekends and Wednesdays, there's also a small Farmers market in the area.
