Hi everyone! My room in a quiet and comfy four-student flat will be available for sublet for September. I'm moving into another apartment and would like to find someone to take over. Unfortunately the contract can't be extended, so it's a strict timeframe. The room is fully furnished (list included in the pictures), but I'll be taking my orange chair with me. I had to guesstimate about the size but it is plenty big! Rent is 355€ including all utilities. Internet is included but you'll have to bring your own router, and GEZ is already paid :) I can also leave the curtains that I bought if you're interested. The room gets lots of sunlight in the morning and afternoon and is quite spacious and there is plenty of space in the wardrobe and under the bed for extra storage. In addition to the room, you'll have your own food cabinet in the hallway. The kitchen is fully equipped including a !dishwasher! There are two shared bathrooms (currently divided boys/girls) each with a shower, and a large table just off of the kitchen.
The WG is located at the Campus dormitories at the Technische Fakultät. Tram line 4 stops at Messe, roughly a 5 minute walk and it takes approximately 10-15 minutes to bike to the center depending on how sweaty you want to be. Lidl and Rewe are walking distance, as well as some bakeries and restaurants (döner, Indian, pizza, etc.). There is lots of outdoor space and walking/running opportunities nearby. Since it's on the edge of town it is very quiet in the evenings. Seepark is also very close!
You'll be living with Asala (25), Salman (28), and Consti (21??). All three are students at various stages and still quite busy either with work or studies. Because of that the flat is very quiet during the day, you may only pass each other in the kitchen and have small chats at odd hours :)
